Sans couldn't sleep. He just couldn't believe it. How could he be having twins? No no no! Sans slapped his face and he still saw the small swell of his belly. How the hell was he supposed to hide this now? There was a knock on the door.
"Sans?" He heard Frisk's soft voice.
"Yeah kid?"
"Can you read me a story?"
"Sure thing kiddo, come on in."
A crack of light appeared as Frisked walked into the room. The child climbed into bed with Sans and laid their head on his stomach.
"Sannnsss have you been going to Grillby's more often?" Frisk whined. Shit.
"Sorry kiddo can't help it."
Frisk groaned.

After a while of reading The kid fell asleep and Sans began to drift off when he felt sharp pain jolt through his whole body. He groaned and crawled out of bed hoping that it would help ease his pain. Too bad it didn't help. It only made it worse. He lifted up his shirt and saw the souls nervously flutter around in his belly.
"Seems like you two don't know what's going on either."

Sans turned on his phone to call Toriel when he heard Frisk get up from bed. "Sans are you alr-" they were cut off when they heard the small skeleton groan. "Sans?" They rushed over to his aid. "Yeah sorry kid, just hurts."

He dialed Toriel's number she picked up. "Sans what are you doing up so early ?" She said, her voice tired but stern. "Toriel it hurts so bad and the souls are fluttering." Sans whispered into the phone. "What do you mean souls-"
"No time to explain- just get here-" Sans was interrupted by a groan. "I'll be right over!"

After a little while Toriel rushed into the room. "Sans?" She said as she held he sweaty skeleton. "
"Is he gonna be okay?" Frisky asked from the other side of the skeleton.
"Of course my child." Toriel lifted up Sans's short to reveal a glowing blue ectobelly.
"What's that?" Frisk asked as they poked the barrier.
Toriel let out a sigh of relief. "Your body is only getting ready. The pain will fade out eventually."
"Thanks Tori" Sans said as he waved bye to Toriel from the floor. He was so exhausted that he just fell asleep a few seconds after.
