Disgust's pov:

Making our journey towards the pumpkin patch, everyone either slept meaning Fear and Sadness or argued, meaning myself and Anger. "Who let him fucking drive?! He's a dimwit with crossed eyes and can't even see what he's fucking looking at!" Anger threw his hands up, nearly smacking Fear in the face. "I am fucking not, you two-headed pigeon!" I would have turned around to slap him but I'm driving.

"Now come on guys, can't we just have one nice day? One without seven thousand arguments, please?" Joy swiveled around to the both of us, pleading emotion pooling in his irises. "Yeah alright, I guess. Anger?"  "Whatever."

Third-person pov:

The five brothers sat, two out of the five eager to finally arrive at Uncle Pete's Pumpkin Picking Patch, Joy and Disgust. Even though everything made Disgust cringe in horror, he still planned on having the nicest pumpkin out of the five.

Joy had planned on picking a small, round pumping bursting with the color of orange, to carve onto a cutesy face. Disgust planned on overdoing it, too much glitter, and too much pizzazz. Sadness just planned on choosing his favorite and writing his name across or carving a simple face. Fear wanted nothing to do with the pumpkins. 'What're they made off? Where did they come from? Whose touched them? What if there are bugs or I cut myself carving?!" He thought whilst sleeping.

But soon enough, Disgust pulled up outside of the small, vintage farm. Not giving Fear the time of day to make his decision before he was so rudely smacked awake by Anger. His face contorted in hurt but he kept his words to himself and so gently approached Sadness with a soft shoulder tap to wake him. The two followed everyone else out of the car, moods darker than the night sky.

Fear kept Sadness close, for he knew that neither of them wanted to be here but they we're doing it to keep Joy happy, I mean Joy is their favorite after all.

Anger griped about the weather, Disgust gasped at the mess of vines and pumpkins surrounding his feet, Joy skipped off gleaming with pride at all the marvelous choices of small and big pumpkins. Fear did as planned and stood to the side, refusing to grab one but Sadness somehow got him to agree on getting one almost as similar as his.

"Guys, look!" Joy jumped, running off before the others had a second to question, so they ran off after him. All but sadness gasped with wide jaws at the huge white pumpkin Joy had found, making him forget completely about the choice of an orange pumpkin. Sadness just shrugged, taking his and Fear's pumpkins to pay for before heading back to the car and falling right back into a dead sleep.

The four knew this would happen, Sadness was always the first to run off somewhere and sleep, leaving his brothers to finish whatever it was they were busying themselves with. But they all understood as well, even Anger.

Joy hauled the pumpkin to the front desk, kindly asking the sweet old lady up front to give them a few more minutes, she politely agreed and Joy skipped back off to help Disgust and Anger. Fear found himself back in the air conditioned car, fast asleep on Sadness' shoulder where nothing could hurt or scare him.

Joy easily helped Disgust find the perfect pumpkin, ready to take back to the front desk and ring up. Anger, however, would be a bit more difficult seeing as how every pumpkin "pissed him off." The three looked for at least another ten minutes before spotting a small, orangish one hidden in the back. Anger made his way to grab it, plucking it from the vine then made his way to walk with his two brothers.

But Disgust doesn't know how to shut his mouth and just had to say something snarky about Anger's pumpkin. "That is seriously the most ugliest fucking pumpkin I've ever seen Anger. Makes sense though, kinda looks like you." He laughed, scrunching up his face in laughter.
