Sorry this has taken a while, stuff's been happening, bitches being bitches. Anyway I'm back with the next crappy installment of this crappy story!! Great!
(Sorry there's no bold writing, I'm typing from an iPod and it's like 1:30 in the morning so expect more crapness).

Anna's POV

It all happened so suddenly. I screamed. I slid. There was red. I felt like I was flying. The cold. 1000 knives stabbing me. Darkness..

Phil's POV

Nobody saw it coming. She was in the water in seconds, turning the water into the most red of wines. Dan and I darted after her, diving into the frozen depths to retrieve her. It took a while to seek her out, as hunting underwater means closing your eyes. As I stroked my hand across the bottom of the lake looking, the texture of pebbles went. Skin. I grabbed it and frantically swam to the surface. I opened my eyes to see a lifeless Anna, not even gasping for air. Dan was already out of the water by the time I reached the edge of the lake.
"Fuck! Fuck, fuck, fuck.." Dan was almost crying, "Phil, I'm scared! We can't lose h-".
Splutters. Movements..Life! Anna sat up slowly, coughing like crazy. When she stopped, she got up and went over to Dan, whose face had tears streaming down it.
"Hey, what's the tears for?" She looked puzzled. Clearly she had no idea what was up with him.
He stuttered a simple reply, quietly as he could: "I th-thought you were g-going to d-die.."
"Hey, don't worry, it's okay now."
She closed her hand tightly around Dan's. His cheeks turned slightly red. I hauled myself onto ny feet and checked Anna over. Her head was bleeding a little, and she had a few cuts up and down her limbs. They had stopped bleeding, but her head would soon slow her down. We started to walk. We had little time until sundown, and there was around 4 hours of walking to do, and by ny estimates, only 2 hours to do it in..

Dan's POV

We all struggled on, having Anna stumble with dizziness every so often. We had to resort to Phil carrying her. She fell asleep as we walked, which was quite useful. Phil thought it was a good idea to start running again, and so we did. Time flew by, and the distance we covered was massive. In no time, we were back on our original route. Sundown was almost here, and even though we were back on track, we had nowhere to set up camp. Our only option was to try and survive the searchlights and get back on track. Now, I'd say we weren't brilliantly equipped for this, but I would be lying. We were oblivious to what was to happen in this deserted field we were crossing.
