Gil: Yes, she's the fan hero. Moving on, that girl Therese, she belongs to a race named "jewels", they are capable of drawing out powers from different kinds of gems and use them to cast powerful spells.
Kayden: Like from Steven Universe? There Gems too..

L'Arc caught a glimpse of Gil and gave him a glare.
Kayden: Tell me he saw you...
Gil: *chuckles* he holds a grudge, I see.
Kayden: I Think he was looking at the shield instead..

Gil takes out an unnamed cursed sword from the GoB and inspects it
Gil: It would be a shame if he is suddenly crippled by a curse, don't you think?
Kayden: What's it gonna do to him? Turn him into a frog or something?
Gil: No no no, it's much worse than that Kayden. First, it will slowly decrease his physical strength until there is almost none left, then his immune system will shut down. Finally, it will eat his flesh until only the skeleton is left.
Kayden: Sounds like a Bug infestation on his body and only bones left.
Gil: A parasite, if you will. After the curse eats him, I can either have his powers for myself or give it to others.
Kayden: ohh, sounds good to me but. Where is glass?, she could be around here at any time.

He stands up

Gil tosses him a spare key to his house

Gil's POV
After the discussion with Kayden, he walks over to Yua and Raphtalia.
Yua hands him a mug of wine
Yua: The wine here is good, nothing compared to yours, but still drinkable.
Gil: I guess I will give it a try

He sips it and tried not to frown at the bland taste
Yua: See, I told you. Nothing compared to your wine.
Gil: *wipes mouth with a napkin* Throw away that garbage and fill your mouth with this.

He takes out a golden wine bottle filled with wine of the finest quality and two golden cups
Gil fill half of the cups with wine and hands one of them to her
Gil: A toast to you
Yua: *giggles* sure
They gave a toast to each other before downing the whole glass

Her face is full of bloss when she finished the cup
Yua: ahh~ the wine here got nothing on this!
Raphtalia: Umm, these two are staring at us for a while now
She said while drinking her juice
