Chapter 16: The Talent Show

All the students gather in the gym, and sat down. Today was the talent show. Freddy, Bonnie, Mangle, Chica, and all the others that got in the talent show were in line. Chica was last in line, because the teachers decided she should be the 'grand finale' as Chica had heard them say.

Mangle was second-to-last, Bonnie was right in front of Mangle, and Freddy was in front if the four friends, he was the fourth-to-last.

Each performance came with an introduction by the teachers, saying what the performer was doing, and what their name was. They also said a dedication that the student had said. But that was probably optional.

There was half the school performing. The talent show was going on even after school, to five o'clock. It was starting at 9:00, so it was going for eight hours. It was like a marathon. Over 300 kids were performing. The four friends looked into the audience, where they saw their mothers. They all waved.

The first kid went onto the stage, and the talent show began. There were people singing, dancing, telling jokes, some were in groups and were cheerleading, some were doing acrobatics, and others were with their friends playing songs written by themselves. Like a band.

A teacher walked up to the four little kids at the back. "How are you guys doing?" he asked. "A little nervous, but excited all the same." Chica said, smiling. She was wearing a knee length hot pink dress. She really loved pink.

"I think we're all nervous." Freddy said. The teacher nodded. "You may feel nervous, but remember. We picked you because you guys were amazing. You're going to do great." he said, and the friends nodded. He ruffled Bonnie's hair and walked away.

"Great. My hair is ruined. Anyone got a comb?" Bonnie asked. Chica nodded. "I have for emergenices." She said, and handed it to Bonnie. It too was pink, but he wasn't complaining.

The show went on for hours and hours. Later, the kid in front of Freddy went on stage and began to perform.
