While specific ages for each operator usually aren't mentioned, it's very clear that Rhodes Island doesn't mind recruiting extremely young (and in some cases clearly underage) operators into their ranks. This is evident in the Reserve Ops team members, who are mostly teenagers barely out of high or even middle school.
