Okay, I know what you're all thinking: Why the heck am I here? It's another Beep book. I already have one consistently updated AU series and one AU book I really need to start updating again.
Let me put all those questions to rest and say that this is different than those.
It all started with the Flumptober oneshot challenge by @LuckyBugBooks . This was just supposed to be a oneshot, but things escalated, and I was like, "Dang...I could turn this into something!"
So if you're wondering why the first two chapters are less detailed than my usual writing, it's because they're originally oneshots. You can even find them in my Jaya oneshots book. This is the continuation of those oneshots, since after you get to about three oneshots for one story, you realize you might need to write the whole story.
This book will just have one POV per chapter - Jay's or Nya's or maybe someone else's. The story is rather loose in nature, and I will update it sporadically. It might be around ten chapters, but if things continue to get juicy, it could be up to twenty chapters. I hope to have it finished by December, but who knows?
Each chapter will be at least 1,500 words. Again, that's unusual for me - I typically set a bottom limit of 2,000 words - but this story is almost like writing therapy for me. It doesn't force me to do anything. It just speaks for itself.
Okay, if that was too poetic for you, sorry LOL
My usual target audience is 13-18-year-old's, but this is 18-25. The characters are a little older than I typically set Jay and Nya - 22 and 20, respectively - and thus, they think more logically/have more life experience. You're also going to hear me talk about some more adult-type stuff. No, I'm not going to write a hot make-out scene that leads to you-know-what. No lemons here. But I'm not saying there won't be a steamy kiss and mentions of that type of thing. No, Jay and Nya won't be having any hanky-panky, but Nya is very...distrustful of him at first. She calls him a panty-stealer in her own thoughts. You know, that sort of thing.
That got awkward LOL
This will also be one of the stupidest things I ever write. It's still a good story, in my opinion, but I put a butt-ton more work into all my other books. That's just a disclaimer.
