Mads got a message from her mom to come home so she does.
When she walks in she finds her mom with a suitcase.
M:mom? Where are you going?
MM:yea honey it's an emergency riley is having trouble with the school back home so I have to go sort it out ill be back as soon as I can so probably Monday or something
M:oh okay
MM:bye honey

Mads kissed her cheek and her mother left.
Mads was walking up to her room when she passed her dads office, he seemed to be squirming around on the phone so she stopped.
M:dad..? You okay?
MD:oh yes honey look I got a call from work and there's an emergency conference I have to attend ASAP and it's in oregon
M:oh.. When are you leaving?
MD:right about now
M:and when will you be back?
MD:Monday probably
M:okay bye I guess

He kissed her forhead and went for the door but she said...
