Bold remarks, probably economical
Hat under the sun, baskets full of the sea
Hold it there, problem, sceptical
With all my assets?
Couldn't? Full of deceit
My fish are dry and fresh
All in one arsenal?
Lagoons very best
Pacified, little commercial
I gazed from afar
The bar
Do you prefer sugarcane or timber?
One is thinner, the other is fitter
Do you prefer sugarcoat to timbre?
There she was
Our lady of the west
She was fresh and wet
The bar
She gazed into
Silhouettes of her absence
She was winning
Scary shape
Contour dilemma
She prefer the early catch
She's 'spotify' and 'deezer'
A puzzle,a teaser
Dangling beauty,purifying
She had her hat
The only thing I could relate with
You too want sugarcane or timber?
Sugarcane is thinner, timber is fitter
The latter climax better
The bar
She sugarcoats too?
Goodness, a better competitor
Buy one get two free
All for a suitor
The bar, He
Young girls' delight
Old ladies fight over
Madam, the back package is bold
The front is fainter to hold
Old lady, the package is old
Midnight experience is preferred to gold
Contour dilemma
Front door deceit
He couldn't choose
Between back package and midnight experience
Neighbor, the game was game over
He fled off, the bar
We scared him to death
Sugarcoating the timber.
A REVIEW OF THE POEM
The poem has two sides.
One has the setting of the market
The other goes deeper,between two
women. One is young,"our lady of the
west." The other is old. "The bar is the
Man or customer they want to entice."
"Timber and sugarcane is likened to
how endowed the man is "down there" or
The customer is rich. It looks like the
women prefer timber because it is
fitter. The man couldn't decide because
he didn't know who to choose or whom to
buy from as in the customer
