Chapter Twenty: The unknown stranger

Izuku Midoriya was puzzled with what to do. Everything happened so fast he couldn't process it. What exactly was that? What do they want? Was U.A. under attack? All Izuku knew was that he had to do something. He couldn't lose her not again. The one for all user powered up. The power flowed graciously through. He clinched his fists together. Ready to take action at any moment.
The boy realized he can't move at all. It's like he's stuck in a trance. Suddenly he felt a sudden urge of pain. He was frozen in the spot. Unable to move Ochaco still wrapped in his arms. The greenette studied his surroundings. Izuku realized he wasn't at U.A. anymore. In a dark room on a heavy metal chair. Ochaco next to him unconscious.

A person in a black cloak appeared.

"So you're the 9th holder. Interesting. I've head a lot of things about you Izuku Midoriya. If it were up to me. I'd target you instead. Unfortunately I made a deal. Consider yourself lucky. This will be our first and last time we meet. Next time l'll kill you."

The greenette tried to stand up.

He is buzzed that caused serve pain.

"Cut the crap. Who are you and what do you want?"

Izuku asked trying to calm down.

The shaking nervousness in his voice.

He couldn't let his guard down.

"No one for you to worry about. Unless of course you want to the world to know. About the big secret you and the former symbol of peace share."

Izuku was speechless. This guy had him tied down. Worse of all Ochaco's here. He can't do anything to help her. It guilted him to see someone in trouble he can't rescue.

Izuku didn't know what to do.

What could he do?

He attempted to move his body again it was no use.

"Good. Now that I have your attention. I'll tell you this one time. This doesn't involve you we only want her. So be a good little hero and back away. Before I change my mind."

The cuffs on the silver metal chair holding back the greenette's body. Becomes loosened he rubbed his wrists. That burned like crazy despite the massive pain. The young hero wasn't going. Down without a fight. Izuku gripped his fits and fired up one for all. The green ora started to glow. Aiming at the hooded stranger. To his shock the punch. Went right through the body.

Must be their quirk. He shot again and again.

"Your wasting your time. It's no use. I have what I came here for. See you later hero."

The hooded person smirked Ochaco in their arms.

Izuku ran towards them they slowly disappear.

"Ochaco! Not again. Get back here! You'll pay for that I'll make sure of it! Damn it!"

He hit his fists on the ground.

Izuku yelled out loud at this point.

Just then he realized he was back in the halls of UA.

He trembled to his knees tears filled his eyes.

All Might who just got done with a meeting.

Noticed the boy in flabbergasted.

"Young Midoriya? Whats going on? We should go back to my office. Come on now."

The one for all user followed his mentor.

He tightened the grip on his knees.

"Thank goddess you showed up. Somebody's targeting Uraraka and they have her hostage. I thought it was in my head at first. We were fine then... out of nowhere this clocked person attacked us. Transporting us into this dark room.... I-It was horrifying I couldn't do anything... When I finally had a chance to. It was too late... They were gone and I was back here. I let her slip through me again. Crap! I'm an idiot!"

"They also know about One For All."

Tears escalated from the greenette's emerald eyes. Izuku laid out his feelings on the table.

He cried even harder.

All Might took the kid in his care.

"Impossible... Unless they are connected to the Yangi family. Hitachi did have a son. Haruto Yangi. I'm going to investigate a little more on that."

Haruto Yangi... How could he have been so dumb? Of course Haruto would seek vengeance for his father. The answer was under his nose the whole time.

"Take it easy its ok. She's still within your reach. Their are always villains after UA students with powerful quirks. You couldn't have known the attack was coming. Don't weigh this on yourself we will save her. I'll settle things with principle Nezu. Maybe your fellow classmates can help as well-"

Deku furiously banged his hands. On the table in front of him. This was his fight he's tried of involving everyone else. Making them worry getting them caught up in this mess.
Because of him... Ochaco's life is at stake. Izuku didn't want that for anyone else. He didn't know what he would do. If anything happened to the people he cared about.

"No! I'm through with everyone getting in danger. All because of me! They risked so much and I did nothing! What's point of having this power. If I can't even save the person I love? All Might you once told me. That One For All is meant to be used to save others. Well that's what I need to be for Uraraka. I have to save her me! I don't want harm anyone else!"

All Might understood the boys actions.

Izuku isn't the type of person. To be overly emotional about these things. Izuku always looked at the bright side of situations. Yet in the moment it's like he was stuck. He didn't even talk to his mom that way. Nor did he mean to say it. To his mentor and idol. Everything all the frustration built up inside overflowed.

He couldn't take it in anymore.
Izuku sighed putting his head in his hands.

"Midoriya, your classmates know what they are getting into. They do it because they care for you and Uraraka. You saved her once and you'll do it again. You are my successor after all. I just want you to understand you're not alone in this. We all care about Uraraka here at UA."

Midoriya sniffled and lifted his head up.

His emerald green eyes all were red from crying.

"Yeah. Your right. Sorry... I didn't mean to go that far. Thank you for listening to me anyway All Might. Your always there to hear me out and make me feel better.
Please let me know if something comes up."

The blood blue eyes of the former number 1 hero nodded.

"You'll be the first person I tell. Remember I'm always here if you need me."

The young hero found his way out.

Izuku walked home for a visit.

The black figure watched him.
From a cherry blossom tree.

Blending in with the peddles. They deviously laughed.

"Oh, you have no idea of the surprises in your future Izuku Midoriya."
