Macy and I ran down the street. "Are you going to tell me what happened?" I asked. But, I kept looking back. For some reason, I felt bad about leaving Hyunjin. I wanted to go back. I don't know but I had a tugging on my heart t go back, but I kept going forward, following Macy who was right in front of me. "Felix and Minho got in a fight, and Felix went off but I am not sure where. He was acting really strangely." Macy said out of breath. We quickly got in a cab and traveled all the way to Minho and Macy's house. We both walked into Minho constantly calling. "Did he say where he went?" 
"No." 
"Why did you come all the way to get me, though?" I looked at both of them, I could tell they were both panicked. "This must be way more serious than I thought.." 
"Well, we wanted to get all the help we could get..I just called Changbin and he is on his way too."
"Yeah, sorry, you were the first person I would go to." Macy looked down, playing with her feet. 
"Sorry, I didn't mean to be rude about it..." I said in a low voice. I felt like I made them feel worse about the situation. 
"What exactly happened..?"
"Well, I was telling Felix how he had to get over Gracie, but he blew up at me and said I didn't understand how hard it was and stuff..I don't really wanna talk about it." Minho made a nervous chuckle and looked away. It was getting later. I heard a knock on the door. 
Changbin quickly came in and his eyes widened as he saw me. "Ah. So, where do we go to check?"
"Have you checked his house?"
"Yeah, I called his parent and he wasn't there and he has been gone for quite a bit of time now." Minho shrugged, I looked over and saw Macy looked down. As Minho explained I walked over to Macy and whispered. "Have you gotten closer to Felix lately?" 
Her eyes fluttered as I said that. "I mean..I guess. I have been talking to him a lot, he's been down so I have been encouraging him and calling him.. So yeah I guess." I saw the worried look in her eyes. There was something I wanted to ask, but I felt it wasn't the right time for that. I shrugged over to see Minho got our attention. "We are going to go all through the town, Macy and I will go to the park, Annie and Changbin you guys can go to the cafe we usually meet at, if he isn't there, we will call each other." We all nodded at Minho and quickly left. We all called a cab. Changbin and I got on one side by side. It took off. 
It was quiet but all that was going through my mind: "Is Felix okay? Why do I want to go back to Hyunjin? Why do I feel so uneasy?" I thought to myself.
Changbin looked over at me with a sigh. "Are you worried?" He saw my look on my face. I quickly snapped out of my zone. "Yeah." I waved my hands nervously.
"I am just thinking of a lot I guess.. and I am tired." I made a small laugh, as the car drove and drove. "We will find him, though." 
"Yeah, we will." I made a smile at him quickly then looked down. 
"Is something else on your mind..?"
As he said that I was picturing Hyunjin in my mind, I felt guilty for thinking like that especially in a moment like this. But, I couldn't help but feel this tugging feeling to go back to Hyunjin like he was calling me somehow. As we drove I saw I got a text on my phone, from Jisung. 
"Why aren't you home yet? I texted Hyunjin but he said you weren't with him."
I texted him back: "I got called out because we don't know where Felix is, I will be back soon." I quickly turned off my phone as we arrived at the cafe. Both Changbin and I got out and walked in suddenly. Looking around, but the whole room was empty since it was so late.
"Can I help you?" Jeongin asked. "Maybe we should call them and tell them that he isn't here." I looked at Changbin, he nodded. 


NARRATOR POV

Minho and Macy arrived at the park. That was lit up by the street lights. "You guys came here a lot didn't you?" Macy looked over at her brother. "Yeah. Too bad you never joined..maybe Felix fell for the wrong person." Minho said quickly as he paced ahead. They trampled through the grass. It was hard to look around since it was so dark outside. But, they didn't spot him anywhere. Minho saw that Changbin was calling him, and answered. "Hello?"
"Yeah, he isn't here."
"Same here, I am just wondering.." As Minho was saying, an idea popped into his mind. "I know where he is." He quickly hung up and quickly paced down the hill. Macy followed after him.
"Where are you going?" Macy called. 
"He has to be at the school, where else? He has the most memories there."

Changbin saw that he had hung up. "That was weird, he said he knew where is was, but he didn't tell me where."

Minho and Macy quickly headed to the campus, with one thing on their mind. "I didn't know that what I said could affect him so much, but, I guess I was wrong." Minho shrugged as they were in the bus. "I am his best friend and I don't even know what he is thinking sometimes, I didn't know Gracie meant this much to him.."
"Maybe, maybe it's because he saw one of his old closest friends with her?" Macy looked slowly at him. "Like, If I think of Annie with being with the one I like..I can't help but be jealous yet upset at the same time. But, not at the person I like but for my friend who knew I liked them and went behind my back without saying anything to me..." She looked down.
"Wow...you have thought a lot about this.. have you?" Minho seemed shocked. 
"No, I just am trying to see what Felix sees, I want to connect with him." Macy shrugged and looked out the window to see the cars passing by.
"Do you perhaps?..." Minho noticed something in Macy that he has not seen in her before. "Since when did she get this close to Felix?" 

FLASHBACK 


Macy quickly paced down the street, rushing to get to the hairdresser on time. "I have to get my hair done before I go back to school.." She muttered to herself, but then, she saw someone standing in the middle of the sidewalk. She couldn't tell who it was from afar, but as she slowly approached him, she recognized his familiar face. "Felix!" She called out. He heard his name called but he could see where it was coming from until she came up right beside him.
"Oh hey." He shuffled his hands in his pockets. "What are you up to?" Macy said with a smile on her face. "Uh, waiting to walk across the street." 
She looked and saw the cross light was red. "Oh...gotcha." She made a nervous laugh.
Felix shrugged back and looked ahead. "Well, I am actually heading that way too." Macy stood up straight. Felix just made a quick laugh. As the light turned green they both walked down together. There was something about Felix that Macy couldn't shake from her. "I can't believe that all this time you were Minho's friend and I didn't recognize you when I saw you again.." Macy scratched her head. 
"Yeah, maybe it's because I have matured a lot in the past few years." Felix's low voice echoed. "Yeah, I have too, I guess." They both walked, but Macy realized she was close to the hairdresser. "Ah, I should go." she waved. Felix made a small wave back. She quickly went in and sat in the chair so the stylist could do her hair. 
"I usually don't get my hair done, but, I wanted to this one time for some reason." Macy thought as she looked at the mirror in front of her. Then she heard someone come in the door behind her right as the girl was starting to do her hair. "Oh, welcome." She bowed. 
"Sorry, I got sidetracked and forgot where this place was and had to turn back." 
Macy recognized the voice and quickly turned her head to see Felix. Both their eyes widened as they saw each other. "What are you doing here?"
Felix laughed as he sat in the seat next to her. "I was lost in thought and I didn't know we were going to the same place." People started to do our hair.
"Ah, I didn't know you liked dying your hair."
"Did you think my white hair was natural?" Felix chuckled. "Oh right.." Macy realized as she looked at him through the mirror. She saw his eyes slowly close, as the hairdressers did his hair. She saw the calm look on his face, she saw his freckles pop out. For some reason, she felt herself drawn to him. 
"Why can't I look away?" She shook her head and shrugged the feeling off. They finished their appointments. They both faced each other. 
"so you went blue?" Macy made a small laugh.
"Yeah, looks pretty good don't you think?" Felix boasted with a grin on his face.
"Of course." Macy teased. They both walked out together. 
"Kinda funny how we had an appointment at the same time, huh?" She looked over. 
"Yeah," Felix scratched his blue hair. 
They both heard a grumble. Macy made a nervous laugh. "uhh, sorry." she felt her stomach. 
"Do you want to get something to eat?" Felix offered. She nodded quickly. "If it's no problem."
They both went to a sandwich place close by and sat down across from each other. Macy took a bite. "Wow, that was quick." Felix made a chuckle. "Yeah, I am hungry," Macy said with her mouth full.
"Come to think of it..I don't think we properly talked in a while, so it's good to spend some time together." Felix said as he looked down, he seemed to have something on his mind. Macy could tell but she didn't say anything about it. 
"Yeah, thank you." She said, "I agree..maybe we can more in the future?" 
"Yeah." Felix quickly nodded as he recognized he had gotten a phone call. "I got to go." His face suddenly turned. That made Macy start to get even more worried. Felix quickly hurried out and took the call. "Ah, I was just getting along with him too.." Macy muttered to herself as she finished her food.
They both found themselves running into each other more and more, and only in the past few weeks. Macy had started to realize slowly and slowly what was going on with Felix and what he was feeling. She wanted to help him, she wanted to see his calm smile again. That tugged on her heart. 

PRESENT DAY

Macy and Minho quickly ran out of the bus and onto campus, they quickly looked around everywhere and noticed ahead through the bushes. They quickly ran around to see Felix, sitting on the garden wall, with a can in his hand.
"Are you drinking?" Minho slowly approached him, but then realized he had to stop and back up. He made a small cough. "Felix.." Is all Macy could mutter. 
They both looked at him and saw the hurt look on his face. 
"I didn't mean what I said, I said it with full intentions." Minho tried to explain, but Felix didn't give them any sign at all and took another drink. 
"You should go, for now, I will talk to him," Macy whispered to Minho. Minho didn't want to leave, but he realized that he hurt Felix, and he needed his space for now. 
Macy slowly sat next to Felix.
"You don't have to talk to me but.." She looked down. "I am here for you, okay? I know you can't stop yourself from loving someone..I know that for sure. So, don't force it upon yourself. It comes with time, it's not something you can force..and what I am trying to say is.." Macy looked over at him. "Whatever it may be, whatever you may feel, it's okay to feel that. Really." 
Felix heard her and slowly turned his head. 
"No one has said that to me before." It seemed like there was a small spark in his eye. He quickly looked down.
"I mean it."
"I mean, where did this come from? Like we aren't that that close and yet you're so kind to me, why?" Felix had a low tone in his voice.
"Well," Macy couldn't answer at first. "Because, I care about you, and I would like to be better friends with you, and that should alone be enough. It's all true I mean, anyone in their right mind would say it...right?" 
"Ah, not everyone." Felix shrugged then took a look at Macy. "Thanks. I know it will come over time." She saw Felix make a small smile and place the can down beside him.
"You don't need to thank me at all."
"Yeah, if you two didn't find me I would be lost in my thoughts and wouldn't know what to do, I can't keep hold of my emotions all the time, so thank you." Felix quickly stood up and his mood started to lift. "Did what I say really make that great of an impact?" Macy thought to herself. Minho noticed and quickly came back.
"I am really so-" Felix stopped Minho and quickly pat him on the back. "It's okay, now. I understand your intentions, sorry for scaring you." Felix walked off and they both caught up with him. "Let us go home now." He called. Macy was still worried that he was still tugging on his feeling, but she knew that it would take time for him to heal. But, she couldn't help but smile at the fact that he had smiled.


ANNIE POV
