In The Shade Of The Forgiving Love

Crawling beneath her pale white skin

Her fears

Clawing at the hopes

Through every layer

A tinge of beauty

Sweeps her mind

She claws back and then

To the fears she denies

Calling her senses

To retreat and die

As long as she not keep 'em

The dread will survive

Pour the cream

On her tongue

For with the sweet talk

The voices shall return

There she is sailing

With the hopeless tide

Bringing her defences

Down in fright

In the daze of tomorrow

In the haze of her past

Hopelessly or hopefully

She places her trust

In the shade of the forgiving Love
