Preparing for Coronation

Seth's P.O.V)

It was just three days from The Coronation and everyone was excited except Ariana and Jared. We were all sitting outside of the warehouse on the stage watching people set up chairs and tables, while some were up on the stage setting up the podium and some chairs. Me, Ariana, Ra, and Jared were all sitting on the edge of the stage talking on how it would go.

"So, Jared if you may explain it again please it'd be greatly appreciated." Ra asked while leaning over and turning her head towards him. He cleared his throat and Ariana rolled her eyes and leaned into me. I smiled and looked at Jared,

"First, I will announce to all the gangs and allies that are here, from around everywhere that I'm stepping down for good. And then I'll give a small speech about how I felt about it and what will happen after I back down, then that's when I'll tell them about Ariana becoming Donna. Then I'll talk about what I expect from them, and I'll talk about her for a bit and then She'll say a few things if she'd like, but it is advised Ari," He said hopping off and looking towards her.

"And why's that?" Ari asked having attitude laced in her voice. Jared raised his eyebrows at her and she rolled her eyes. In that moment I just wanted to grip her chin and bite her lip. "Because Ariana, it is a thing that the older people in the mafias will find a good skill that you have. And, as we have it as tradition in our family is kinda like a quince, you get a gift as a 'congrats! you made it this far'" Jared laughed out and I chuckled.

Ariana nodded and jumped off the stage as did Ra and I. Jared started walking and Ari was by his side and me and Ra were a few feet behind them. Ari looked back at me, squinted then stopped which made her dad stop.

"Ra, dad needs to speak with me and Seth alone, is it okay if you go and get our things ready?" Ariana asked and Ra smiled and nodded then ran off to her car. I looked at them and Ari tilted her head towards her dad as he was walking. I caught up with them and followed them into Jared's office. As we made it into Jared's office, I sat beside Ariana in front of his desk.
"So, we need to figure out how which one of you will be taking over the mafia. I preferably want Ariana as the Donna no matter what, but if she chooses to give it up to you, then so be it." Jared spoke out while looking at us. I looked at Ariana who looked at her hands, then me, then her dad, then her fingers again. She cleared her throat,

"I would like for it to be the both of us. But I would like them to know that I'm the main Boss and that they come to me and him, but mainly me." Ari stares clearly while sitting up, she looked at me with questioning eyes and I nodded. "Seth, I also think it's time you take over your parents mafia, so you'd be having a coronation as well." Jared said smiling. After my parents death the mafia was in Jared's hands for a while until now. He thinks I'm mature enough. I smiled and nodded my head while Ari squealed and clapped her hands. As Jared sent us on our way, we got in the car and made our way home. When we got home, Ari ran upstairs and went into her office to go look at her dress. I followed her up the steps and went to go look at my suit. 

"Wow." I heard Ari's little gasp as she walked around the stand that held her dress up. It was a beautiful wine colored dress that had beautiful gold decals on it, there was a few strips of lace here and there, giving it character. My suit was a matching color that had a handkerchief and a small chain. I looked at James suit and his was a plain grey suede one, and Ra's dress was a short light lavender color with lace. Ariana smiled and skipped to me holding me tightly.

"It's in a day and then we'll both rule mafias." She giggled out but I could hear a crack in her voice, I tilted her chin up with my hand and looked her in the eye.  Her eyes were a bit glossy and she had a few stray tears fall down her plump cheeks. I furrowed my brows and cleared my throat while looking at her,

"Mi amor, whats wrong?" I asked her while caressing her cheeks. She sniffled and sighed, "When I was younger I was always afraid of Dad dying or that he did die because he'd come home so late. I don't wanna have thoughts about that of you, or our kids to have those thoughts. Or James and Ra." I wiped away her tears and smiled a bit, she does want kids. I kissed her lips, forehead, and both cheeks which caused her to giggle a bit. 

"I will never let anything happen to you, me, or anyone else. And especially our babies." I reassured her and rubbed her arms. She took a deep breath and nodded while walking to her desk and she looked at me then at the chair. I smirked and walked to the chair and sat down, she smiled and quickly sat on my lap before I could even get comfortable. I wrapped my left arm around her as I situated myself and got comfortable. Ari leaned back and giggled.

"Wanna know what I realized babe?" Ariana asked while putting her arm behind her head and messing with my hair, "Hmm?" I asked her while tightening my grip on her. "Since you're ruling your mafia, we technically are the rulers of our own mafias, but just together. So that means we're both dominant. That means, I don't have to sub to you, so HA!" Ari smirked and squealed out as if she found a loop hole. I laughed and shook my head and picked her up facing her towards me.

"No. We are getting married soon which will bind us and then we'd both be dominant. But, you're dominant now because you are in charge of a mafia now as I am not. But, doesn't mean we shouldn't lose our respect for each other now does it?" I stated and she did her little grunt then sigh and laid against me. "Yes." I heard her mutter out softly, she wrapped her arms around my neck and I rubbed her back. I got up while holding her and walked to our bedroom, while I got in there, I took her pants off and laid her in bed while I took off all of my clothes and left my boxers on I got in bed and cuddled Ari and fell asleep.
