Irreplaceable

She always feels low and inferior,

Thinks herself as unprepossessing but doesn't know she is so much more prettier.

Doesn't accept the praises she receives,

She is of no good is what she believes.

To her, other's are more finer,

But everyone knows she is the one who can play with fire.

The things she does leaves people dazzled and takes their breath away,

It's nothing special or unique is what she says.

Everyday she gets scolded by her mother,

Everything she does looks like a mistake to her father,

"You're inept! Why can't you be like you brother?"

Never did they encourage, only went on to crush her.

Her parents don't realize how gifted is she,

No one's as blind as her parents who don't see,

How unusual and extraordinary is their child,

How the whole universe is dumbfound when she smiles.

But the world is aware of her talents and her aptitudes,

She cares for all and always shows gratitude.

She might not realize but to me she's like oxygen,

My life without her has no importance.

She needs to realize that she isn't alone,

That I'll be there to save her if she ever drowns.
