Chapter 16 - Life with Bakugo

Midoriya woke with a gasp, sitting up fast. He was breathing hard and he clenched his chest. 

"Midoriya?" Bakugo asked. Midoriya looked at him. 

"I-I'm ok." He said and moved from the bed, going to the bathroom and splashed water on his face. Today marked six years that he was with Bakugo. 

Six years of hell. The only thing that brought joy in his life were his children. 

He heard a knock and the door opened. 

"Papa?" Tomu asked, rubbing his eye. He looked. Tomu was now seven, his birthday passing a few days ago. He was looking more and more like Midoriya every day. 

"Sorry Tomu." He said and walked out, going to Tomu's and Suki's room. Suki was his daughter. She had blond hair with green streaks in it that was shaped like Midoriya's, green eyes like Midoriya and her quirk was the same as Bakugo's. She also was just like Midoriya, but had a bit of Bakugo's temper when she got mad. She was still sleeping, holding the bear that Tomu gave her and just like Tomu, she called it Daddy. Midoriya felt hands on his shoulders and a kiss on his cheek. 

"I will start breakfast. I see Tomu is up, why not wake up Suki." Bakugo said. Midoriya gave a nod and walked in and sat on her bed. 

"Suki." He said, shaking her. She was three years old and loved her papa, but hated her father. She opened her eyes, looking up at Midoriya. 

"Papa?" she asked, yawning and sat up. Midoriya smiled.

"Come on. Lets get breakfast." Midoriya said and picked her up. She held on to her bear but gave a nod. Tomu was sitting at the table. Suki smiled at him. She also loved her big brother. 

"Tomu!" She yelled, getting down from Midoriya's arms and ran to him. He laughed and hugged her. She did that everyday, but he didn't mind. He loved his little sister. Midoriya sat down and looked at his hand. He felt his power slowly coming back but it wasn't as strong as before. Maybe that's because most, if not all, of it went to Tomu. He put it down when Bakugo walked up, putting down plates of food and sat. 

"So, I have to clean and get rid of things today. I want you kids to stay outside." Bakugo said in a sad voice as they ate. Midoriya looked at him. He knew that Bakugo was talking about the medical items. When he was giving birth to Suki, it almost killed him. Bakugo knew Midoriya couldn't have any more children and had gotten rid of all the blood he had stored but he kept the medical items. 

"Ok. I can help train Suki." Tomu said. Suki gave a nod, holding her bear tighter as she ate. Bakugo scared her, just like he did Tomu and Midoriya but she knew that she was his favorite because she had his quirk. Bakugo gave a nod. 

"Midoriya, you will help me." Bakugo said. Midoriya gave a nod. Tomu looked at his parents. He finished eating fast and took Suki's hand. 

"Come on Suki, lets go." He said. Suki smile and followed him. Midoriya smiled at his children as they ran out. They were the only reason why he could still smile. Bakugo stood and took Midoriya's hand. His smile faded and he followed him. Bakugo sat on their bed and pulled Midoriya to sit with him.

"Midoriya. Why can't I get rid of them?" Bakugo asked. Midoriya didn't say anything. He wanted them gone. Bakugo sighed. 

"I wanted one more child and now, I know I can't." He said. Midoriya gave him a glare. 

"Good. Having Suki almost killed me." He said. Bakugo looked at him and gave a nod. 

"I know, but it is nice having a girl." He said and smiled. Midoriya did agree with him there. He loved his children. Bakugo then stood. 

"Alright. Lets get rid of this." He said. 

~with Tomu and Suki.~ 

"Tomu, are you sure?" Suki asked as Tomu dug at the hole he found three years earlier. He stopped and looked at her. 

"Suki. Remember the stories that papa tells us, the one your bear is named after?" Tomu asked. Suki held her bear closer and nod. 

"Well, we have to run if we want to bring in father and save papa." He said. Suki had tears. Tomu told her how father killed her daddy, beat her papa, and made him loose her older brother or sister. She also once walked in and saw father hurting papa while he was tied up in ropes. Father had pinned papa down and they were both naked but papa was crying so she knew her father was hurting him. She gave a nod. 

"O-Ok." She said. Tomu then turned and crawled out of the hole. He held his hand out and Suki took it. He help her through it and together, they ran. Tomu holding Suki's hand, and Suki holding her bear.
