Ch.10 The New Couple

Laxus

Haruhi walked into the guild "morning" she greeted pecking Igneel on the lips before taking her seat beside him "are you alright Laxus?" Mira asks while walking past "yes I'm fine" I replied sipping on my drink "why are you staring at Haruhi like that?" Juvia asks sweatdropping "I still don't like the idea of those two being married."

"it's so strange to see you two getting along" Lucy says "we're married" Igneel held up Haruhi's left hand along with his hand the silver wedding band shining "what do you expect?" he placed a hand to his cheek "I don't know how you deal with him but I sure can't" Gray says "you learn to overlook his childish antics after sometime" Haruhi says taking a book from Levy's big pile books she left here "I'm surprised you haven't lost your mind yet" Lucy says "well I'm surprised you haven't become a cold hearted jerk after years with Gray Fullbuster" Haruhi turned the page of the book "wha-?!" Lucy says "doesn't feel nice does it to have your husband insulted?" she looks up at Lucy "so don't say those things about MY Igneel" her eyes fixated into a glare "he may be annoying sometimes however Igneel is also a human being he has feelings just like so don't talk about him as if he's deaf or not sitting right at this table Lucy" she shut the book loudly "I would appreciate if you were to not disrespect him or my father-in-law at that keep your mouth shut if you have nothing nice to say" Haruhi got up grabbing the pile of books walking over to Levy's table she knows huh? a smile curved my lips great choice Igneel.

Lucy stared at Haruhi's back shocked "that was unexpected" Gray breaks the silence "not really Haruhi's like that if she gets word of an insult against me otherwise she's relatively calm" Igneel says turning to the other Igneel "well seems like you should be picking your words carefully Lucy" Erza finally spoke up "she got you good Lucy" Happy and Natsu burst out laughing "you shouldn't be talking about them in the first place" Carla butted in sipping on her tea all I want to do is get back and be close to my husband who I know won't be able to live without me so until then try to see me for myself not someone else see "you for yourself huh? I think already see the real you shining through Haruhi..." I muttered "did you say something?" Juvia asks "nothing" I replied.

Natsu

The days passed by quickly and uneventfully we didn't find anything on how to get the two back so far however Igneel and Haruhi didn't seem to mind at all because I often caught them holding hands, kissing, glancing at each other from across the guild and other couple things Happy's managed to woo Carla.

Igneel seemed to be upset everytime he sees them together like right now "hey babe what do you want to eat?" Igneel asks while Haruhi looked up at him "I'm fine with anything" she replied returning to her pile of books "I don't get what's so special about him" Igneel mutters.

Haruhi smiled looking up at Igneel who jumped for joy "we're finally going home!" he cheered fist pumping the air "I'm glad your so excited for fatherhood babe" he stopped mid celebration "eh?" he turned to look at her along with the rest of us she grinned at him silence fell over us as we took in the news.

A smirk graced his lips "we don't need to know that" Lucy says while Erza's eyes sparkled Igneel intertwined his hands with Haruhi's placing a kiss on her forehead the others congratulating the couple "as nice as this news is Haruhi Igneel your transport is ready" Lahar says cutting our conversation short "it's not a transport" Carla says "I'll write to you Carla" Happy says while Carla stared at him "I'll be waiting for those letters" Carla says finally probably not wanting to break Happy's heart "well this is goodbye then everyone" Haruhi says "our time might have been short but it was nice to finally meet you Mr and Mrs Dreyar" Igneel says walking towards the portal like thing "take care Igneel I hope you find someone else" Haruhi spun around on her heel waving to us "uh Lahar the wormhole seems unstable" Dorranbolt says "what in the name of mavis?!" Erza says as a huge gush of air blew into the air "what is this?!" Levy asks shielding her face like the rest of us "why is it so bright?!" Lucy asks "Lisanna" I called pulling her closer in case something happened "what's going on?!" Lisanna asks as we heard a scream "Igneel!" Haruhi's voice yells as I open one eye looking beside me to find Igneel safe and sound "it's getting stronger!" Juvia yells "yeah and pulling us in!" haruhi's voice yells before she screamed getting pulled into the wormhole "everyone hold onto something!" Gajeel yells too late most of us were falling through the wormhole.

Igneel

I hit the ground jumping to my feet a few minutes later I heard squealing "gotcha" I catch her in my arms "darling!" Haruhi says as we grinned at each other Carla landing on her lap "meow~" Carla purred "me too girl" I say "kyaah! don't look!" I stepped to the side while Mrs Fullbuster hit the ground face first Mr Fullbuster fell ontop of her followed by ms Erza landing ontop of her then the redfoxes, Mr and Mrs Dreyar who landed ontop of them sitting there confused then mom and Happy on her lap "woah! move out of the way!" dad yells as we both scream he landed ontop of us "oof" I rubbed my head "Mr Dragneel if you wouldn't mind getting off of me" Haruhi says while dad apologised rolling off she got to her feet offering her hand to me.

We turned once we heard groaning from beside us "you guys could easily make a human pile" I say while Haruhi sighs offering her hand to Mr Dreyar "watch out!" another person screams while everyone scrambles to their feet moving out of the way "Happy I think you-never mind" Haruhi says as Igneel hit the ground "oh boy" Haruhi looked up at me as we shared a look with each other "hey where are we?!" "what the heck happened?!" "are we dead?!" "why?!" "I'm too cute to die!" the others screamed panicking "this is going to be a problem."
