Ch.11 Another World

Haruhi

"oh boy" I looked up at Igneel as we shared a look with each other "hey where are we?!" "what the heck happened?!" "are we dead?!" "why?!" "I'm too cute to die!" the others screamed panicking "this is going to be a problem" Igneel says aye aye aye I shook my head "Haruhi do you have a place we could stay?" Ms Levy asks the labs most likely closed right now I placed a finger to my chin "you can stay at our house" I offered "yeah that's most likely the safest option right now" Igneel says Carla meowed in agreement "come on girl" I beckoned while the others followed us to our home.

Igneel searched his pockets for the house keys "I hope you don't mind the house but it's the only safe place since it is broad daylight" I turned around to face the others flinching at their reactions "this place is your house?!" their jaws dropped "it's pretty but simple" mom says referring to the garden "I'm glad you like it" I smile "found it!" Igneel held up the keys with the heart charm with a message engraved in it a picture of me dangling next to it and an all too familiar black rectangular piece of plastic "Igneel those are your car keys" I sweatdropped "no their not I have the house keys here too" he turns to face me "can you just open damn door?" Mr Fullbuster asks while Igneel fiddles with the door pushing it open "it seems eerily quiet in here" Mrs Fullbuster says "it's quite spacious" dad says "I'm glad you like it father" Igneel says placing the keys on the tea table "I'll go make some tea" I walk towards the kitchen Scarlet walks out carrying a tray "no need Haru" Scarlet places the tray down.

"Scarlet how nice to see you?" I say she nods "yes very" Scarlet returns my smile "so are you and Ren still together or not?" Igneel asks "cause if you aren't together anymore tell me I know this guy who's interested in you" Scarlet glares at Igneel I doubt those two would ever split I sweatdropped as he apologised profusely after getting hit by her.

A small body collided with my leg as I turned to look at the person "Tsubasa" he looked up at me with teary bright green eyes "Tsubasa's really missed you the time frame you were gone" Ren walks into the room stuffing his hands in his pocket I bent down picking him up into my arms "I hope he wasn't any trouble" Igneel patted his head "Nah the kid was fine but he was practically attached to us" Ren says as I laughed awkwardly envisioning a sobbing Kotaro and Ren "I'm sorry about that guys" I rub Tsubasa's back while he buries his face into my neck "it's fine we understand besides..." Scarlet grabs her bag "I'm pretty sure Tsubasa get's that from a certain somebody" she eyes Igneel "you know what they say like father like son" we both chuckled "I'm here to you know!" Igneel scowls "thank you for taking care of him on such short notice" I waved to them both.

Tsubasa sniffled pulling away "so is he my grandson?" dad's gruff voice asks I turned to look at the others present in the room right I forgot they were here Tsubasa blinked staring at them "not exactly Tsubasa's actually Yuri and Mavis' son unfortunately they had died in a plane crash" Igneel replied taking a bite of his cake "ah~ I almost forgot to introduce you this is Tsubasa" Mrs Fullbuster raised her hand waving "hi there I'm Lucy Fullbuster" he buried his face in my hair clutching onto my shirt rather tightly "eh? did I do something to upset him?" she visibly panicked "Tsubasa's just quite shy around new people" I placed a hand on the back of his head "so he's not your son?" Mr Dragneel asks "well Tsubasa no less than our son" I say "I don't like the blonde lady..." Tsubasa says "I see..." I place him down he whined "I'm just going to get something" I walked towards the kitchen pat Carla on the way "mommy!" he ran after me "I'll only be gone a few minutes honey" I grabbed the cat food "hey daddy's also here Tsubasa" Igneel picks him up pecking me on the lips before walking away I grabbed Carla's bowl and put some cat food into it as she strolled in.

Tsubasa whines reaching his hands for Haruhi who walked upstairs to go change "come on Tsu" I handed him a plate of cake "play with your grandfather while mommy's gone" he sniffles "grandpa?" he looks up tilting his head "grandpa Laxus" I point towards Mr and Mrs Dreyar "but dad I don't want to be near the blonde lady" he points a finger at Mrs Fullbuster who looked she was hurt "you don't have to be if you don't want to" I say "have some cake" I cut a piece with the cake with the fork beckoning it to his lips.
