Adrien, Alya, and Nino were coming up the stairs just as Marinette had closed the door behind her.
I need to make up an excuse to be able to transform. Ladybug needs me, thought Adrien.
Just as they got to the door leading to the roof, Adrien thought of the perfect excuse.
"Guys, I think I heard something downstairs. You guys stay here and I'll go check it out, it might be Marinette trying to get back in," he said.
"Alright then, we'll be waiting at the roof," said Alya dragging Nino out the door.
Adrien closed the door after his friends went through, and went downstairs. He reached into his shirt and pulled out a blue piece of camembert.
"Plagg, power up!" said Adrien while throwing the camembert into the air.
Adrien then transformed into Chat Noir in his water based suit.

Talking about updates I'm almost done with finishing the story on my side, I just need to proofread and add some finishing touches for the rest of the chapters and I'll be done!
