"What are you doing?" I hissed in anger.
"What? I am doing you a favor. I know you feel uncomfortable seeing them together that's why I drag you out of that damn house and can't bear seeing you jealous!"
"Huh? Am not jealous of them! Why? are you jealous?" I tease him but I stop when his face turns into a serious one.
"If this feeling is jealousy, then perhaps I am" ani Asher
What the hell? Why this man always sends shivers down my spine and even made my heartbeat so fast? "Asher...don't be jealous." I said. What did I say? Oh!
"I know I don't have the right to be jealous, but I feel it anyway, don't worry I'll try not to be jealous." Sambit niya ng naluluha
Stell come on, do something! "Asher...you don't have to be jealous of him – I mean we are okay, we already talk. Please...don't be jealous." Pang aamo 'ko.
"Uhm...now I know how it feels to be one sided love" ani niya
Hinampas ko siya sa balikat "How sure are you about my felelings?" I frown
"What do you mean?" he asks
"Nothing. By the way, 'Y-yes' is the answer to your question last night"
"What? What did I ask?" he asks. I shrugged "Try to remember" I replied.
"Hey! this is unfair!"
"HAHAHA! You look good in suit!"
"I want to look good for you" he teases
I smirk "Yes, only me" I tease back
"Woah! You are being possessive of me." ani Asher
"I don't have to be possessive" I replied back
"You are confusing me" ani Asher
"Ewan ko sa'yo! Try to remember what you did to me last night, and the question you have had ask me."
"I'll try." Was all he could say
"By the way, what did you, kuya, and dad talk about?" I ask
"I'll tell you when I remember what I did ask you last night."
"Fine!" this is utterly frustrating.
Flashback
"Asher you can sleep to my room" I wake him up. Asher stood up and meet my gaze before he spoke "why do I love you?" he asks. I don't fucking know how to answer him, I never expected a man in my life who would suddenly ask me that kind of question, why he love me? we'll I don't know!
Asher close the small distance between us that makes our lips almost touch. "I know we just have met not so long for me to love you – but I feel it anyway because it's you." he explains.
"A-ash-"
He put his finger on my lips to stop me from saying "Shhh...don't speak...I know you like him, and I don't care as long as you are not going to avoid me! I am okay with friends if that's the only way to make you stay with me...please give me a chance? Will you?"
I didn't speak. I just let my tears cascade. He dries my tear before he falls asleep on my shoulder. He's quite heavy kaya inakyat ko na siya sa kuwarto ko.
Am about to leave the room when he speaks again "Will you give a chance?" he reiterated. "I'll think of it." I replied before he closed his eyes.

"Stell?" ani Asher, "Are you coming to my birthday?" Asher asked.
I meet his gaze and did not even blink. "W-why?" he asks and still looking at him straight to his captivating eye. "Will you be happy if I attend?" I asked. "Why are you avoiding my gaze? Are you shy?" I ask mischievously.
"Oh! I just remember just now...how did you know my birthday? Asher, you have to answer me or else-" I ask.
"or else?" he leans forward to meet my gaze.
"I won't talk to you!" sambit ko
I notice his jaw tightening as he stood straight from leaning "Fine! I learned that you are friend with my cousin. Janina showed me a picture of you and her and you look familiar...remember when I first saw you? walking? On the coffee shop?"
"I remember." I replied.
"I accompanied Janina to buy a gift for you and showed me your picture – and that's when I realize you are that woman."
"Kaya pala parang kilala mo ako noong binalik mo ang I.D ko. di kaya stalker ko ito? Yanong ko sa sarili at tinignan siya ng maigi na para bang kinakabisado ko ang kaniyang muka.
"Hey! stop doing that...Come on, I'll walk you home." He replied.
I enjoyed teasing him specially when he is trying to avoid my gaze. I am happy with him around me; he calms me. looking at him with his suit looks sexy...how can a man be this cute?
"I'll see you on your birthday. I will come with Janina."
"Uhm...I will leave after you enter the house." Asher replied.
"Take care!" I bid my goodbye before entering the house.
