Junior in high school
Born to high class parents
In cheerleading since freshman year
High within the popular castePeople desiring to be like her, though she's in torment
Let's her guts out to stay fit and beautiful
Parents pressure her to stay in something she doesn't see her
Stuck with a sports man whom violently controls herLashes out amongst the defenseless to impress the clique
Regrets deeply to her soul on the inside
She hears whispers within the locker rooms of infidelity and pregnancyA competition she never loses, a desire to impress those all around her becomes her loss
Staring into the school bathroom mirror, her blonde hair a mess, her blue eyes red with a slight waterfall down her faceShe smashes the mirror with her fist. A thousand shards represent her broken-hearted self
