At night, Vivian and Emma were in the back of the diner and Vivian ripped out her own heart and they both saw the darkness swirling around in her heart.
"I didn't think you'd have that much darkness," Emma said.
"Yeah," Vivian used her magic and the protection spell was lifted, "Do this one my heart," Vivian pointed to the spell in her spellbook.
"This is blood magic," Emma said.
"It is, you're going to learn it on my heart," Vivian handed Emma her heart, "Don't crush it," Vivian said.
Emma chuckled a little and read the spell then proceeded to do it, "So, why are you doing this?" Emma asked.
"My evil mom is in town and she said for me to do her proud, whatever that means... I need to know my heart is safe, no one with your blood has magic like ours that can rip a heart out. Meaning my evil mom and my possibly betraying aunt can get their fingers on it... If I asked Papa Rumpel, he'd be able to get it... He may think of me as a daughter but I'm not his blood, he could betray us... You're the best bet, even though we are pissing each other off a lot, but I need your help," Vivian said.
"I bet that was hard to say," Emma chuckled and nodded, "I'll do it for you," Emma smiled, "I want us to try and get back to normal and this proves you're still the Viv I knew."
"Thanks," Vivian smiled a little, "I want that too," Vivian said.
Emma did the spell and pushed the heart back into Vivian's chest, "How do we know it's worked?" Emma asked.
Vivian tried to rip out her heart but her hand was bounced back, "It worked, thanks," Vivian closed her book, "Now, let's have a drink with our mothers," Vivian said.
"Sounds like a plan," Emma said and they walked over to the booth and sat opposite each other beside their mothers.
Regina was finishing up her drink, the other three looked at her and noticed the guilty look on her face.
"Regina, it's not your fault," Snow said.
Regina chuckled softly, "Right," She said.
"She trapped you, you didn't have a choice," Emma said.
"Of course, I had a choice. I could've kept the Evil Queen inside, where she was my problem," Regina said.
"No, this is exactly what she wants. She wants you to doubt yourself, mom," Vivian said.
"She's doing a hell of a job," Regina said.
"Look, Regina, this may be new for you, but I've faced the Evil Queen before and I never once did it by running away. Okay, we have to go at her head-on, get ahead of her plan," Snow said.
"And how exactly do we do that?" Regina asked.
"We don't, you do, mom," Vivian sighed and held her hand, "This is the one time we are going to ask you to please think like the Evil Queen," Vivian said.
"What did she mean when she said we all have stories we don't want to be told?" Snow asked.
Emma's hand began to shakes as she thought about the vision of when she dies. She quickly grabbed her hand to stop it from shaking.
"Emma, are you okay?" Vivian asked.
Hook walked into the diner with David, Hook looked at Vivian and she looked at him. She turned to her drink as he and David walked over to Henry who was upset.
"This isn't how the Count's story should've ended. I should've known that Operation Cobra: Part Two wouldn't have been as simple as I thought," Henry said.
