Everyone was in the meeting room when the Secretary of State walked in.Secretary Ross had tried to take me to do experiments on me.I didn't like him at all. Secretary Ross started his presentation.

5 years ago I had a heart attack.And dropped right in the middle of my backswing. Turned out is was the best round of my life. After 13 hours of surgery and a triple bypass, I found something that 30 years in the army never taught me.Perceptive. The world owes the avengers an unplayable debt.You have fought for us.Protected us. Risked your lives for us.While a great many of people see you as heroes, there are some who see you as vigilantes." Ross said.Vigilantes? Are any one of us the green arrow? I thought.

"What about you mr.Secretary what word would you use?" Natasha asked. "How about dangerous? What would you call a group of US-based, enhanced individuals, who do what ever they wish?" Ross asked. He walked over to the computer.He started showing us clips "New York, Washington DC, Sokovia, Chicago, and most recently Lagos." He said. At the mention of Chicago I looked down. At the mention of Lagos Wanda looked down.Steve noticed this and said "okay. That's enough."

Ross turned the clips off. "For the pass 4 years you have operated with unlimited power and no super vision.The governments would like to change that.The UN brought us a solution. The sokovia accords. Approved by 117 countries.It states the avengers will no longer be a private organization.You all will just tell the United Nations what you find.The UN will provide you with back up and resources.

"The avengers were formed to make the world a safer place.I feel like we have done that." Steve said. "Tell me captain do you know where Banner and Thor are right now?" Ross said with a snarky tone.I want to punch him so bad right now." Compromise. Reassurance. That's how the world works.Two weeks from now The UN will have all the so called dangerous people in world to sign the accords."Ross stated.He turned to leave. "What if we come to a decision the UN doesn't like?" I asked. Ross looked at me dead in the eyes. " Then Consider yourselves retired." He said then left.

After he was gone we all went to the sitting room.Everyone was quiet. The only noise was Steve reading the accords.I thought this was a good deal. It looked like so did everyone one else. "May I say something?" Vision Asked.We all turned to him. "In the 8 years since Mr.Stark became iron man, the number of enhanced individuals has grown, and the number of world threatening events has increased." Vision said. "You agree with this?" I ask. "As I have said before I am on the side of life. This may help decrease the number of casualties." Vision said. "Natasha?" Tony Asked. "I'll sign." She said. Tony asked the same question to everyone. We all agreed. We didn't want another problem like Ultron again.

Ross came back to know our decision. When he heard that we all were going to sign it he smiled. "Excellent".He walked up to me and put an ability stopper bracelet on my hand. "What?" I said while trying to take it off.Tony stood up. "That wasn't the deal." He said. "The deal was that Miss.Maximoff would stay here, and mrs.Grey would put in a containment box.The box is in the UN building." Ross said. Tony looked like he was about to protest. "It's ok tony.This is probably for the best". I said. Ross had 4 guards take me to the cell.
