Homecomeing the ending

Jean was outside with Pepper Potts. Ever since the Avengers had broken up, she had stayed with Tony. Even though she knew the accords were wrong. Jean also knew what was the last straw for Tony. Steve not telling tony about his parents has wrong. Wanda had also went on the run. Jean still kept contact with her though. None of them knew which side is right. Scott and Jean were sad about the miscarriage but have moved on in there lives.Now Jean spends most of her at the mansion teaching mutants who population has gone extremely down for some reason. Now one year later...

Pepper had called the media saying she had an important announcement. Some reporters kept bugging both of them.When Tony did come out with the kid who was supposed to be a new avenger. Pepper and Jean both went to look and see what happened.

"Where's the kid?" Pepper asked as Jean closed the door. "You know when he made a Mature choice. It just surprised the heck to us," Tony said pointing to him and Happy." Did you guys screw this up?" Jean asked knowing they did. "he told the kid to wait in the car," Tony said referring to Happy. Pepper looked at both with a look that said I'm done. "Are you kidding me. I have a room full of reporters what am I gonna tell them?" Pepper asked us. "Fake something"  Jean suggested.

That gave tony an idea. "Hap you still got that ring?" Tony asked. Happy dug in his pockets. "I've been carrying this around since 2008." Happy said. Everyone gave him a weirded out look. "I think I can come up with something better." Pepper said. Then Pepper and Tony left. Tony gave Jean a mental message to bring the ring.

Jean took the ring and handed it to Tony really fast. "Ladies and Gentlemen," Pepper began to say on stage. "you have been called here to know about-" Tony Ran up on stage. "About our marriage". Tony said. Pepper knowing better then to look surprised right now in front of the media.

Jean caught Tony giving Pepper the ring. "And That was the announcement." Pepper said with a forced smile. As Jean, Tony, and Pepper made their way to the Limo, all the reporters asked lots of questions. After some time they finally got in Limo.

"Why did you say that was the announcement? I said I would think of something better." Pepper asked in a pretty frustrated voice. "Well What was your idea?" Tony asked knowing she didn't have one. Pepper grumbled about Tony being an idiot. "I've known both of you since 2008. It's now 2017. Don't you think it was time for you to get married anyway?" Jean asked. Pepper sighed knowing when she was beat.

The Limo made its way to the airport. It was summer now. No one would be at the mansion except the ones who live there. Jean would go to the mansion for some time then next summer she'd be in New York. Jean found it weird how suddenly Rouge, Gambit, and Erik disappeared. She heard from them every once in a while. But never got more info...
