Giyu POV An emergency meeting was called for Giyu company so he left Nezuko at the apartment, took the subway and arrived at the entrance of Hashira Cafe headquarters.
After he scanned his ID card to get past security he saw Shinobu in the elevator.
"Shinobu please hold the door!" Giyu said, speed walking to the closing door of the elevator
"Oh sorry Tomioka the doors are already closing I can't stop them." Shinobu said with a closed eyed smirk as the doors fully closed
Giyu tsked as he came to a stop but then the doors opened again
"Just kidding" Shinobu said, letting Giyu in.
Giyu walk in the elevator frowning "you know the others wouldn't do that to me, I don't know why you do..."
"Hm? Of course they would, you're not liked by them"
"What? I am liked by everyone"
"Well, agree to disagree" Shinobu said leaving the elevator as it opened
They both walked in and sat down in a large conference room and when everyone else got there, a blind man at the head of the table stood up.
"Good afternoon everyone and sorry for calling all of you at such late notice."
"That's ok Mr. Ubuyashiki" a fire colored haired man said
Mr. Ubuyashiki smiled "Well to get straight to the point a man named Muzan called me to say that he wants to purchase our company"
Sanemi gritted his teeth in silent fury
"I told him that the company is not sale however he informed me that he is the owner of our so called rival business, 12 Kizuki Cafe, and that if we didn't talk he will, drop his prices so low so that it would be economically irresponsible for our customers to even choose us over them"
Gyomei folded his hands and his eyes teared up, "this is very unfortunate but I believe it would be best to set up a meeting with him"
Sanemi spoke up, "Ugh! Why is he even doing this?! Does he want a monopoly or something?!"
"I'm not sure, we'll have to arrange a meeting with him, if no one has any questions you're all dismissed, I'll email you when the meeting is set up"
Giyu stood up and took out his phone

Shinobu looked over his shoulder "no notifications? Because you have no friends?" she laughed and patted his shoulder

Giyu put his phone away and exited the building along with his coworkers
"Sanemi, could I get a ride from you?" Giyu asked
"Sorry my brother's picking me up who really doesn't get along with peopleand we're not going in your direction" Sanemi said
"I'm actually not going to my house I'm going to-"
"Then just no" he laughed "sorry, but it's good to hear your voice anyway I haven't hear you speak in months and I was thinking that you were going mute like that girl you look after"
Giyu shot him an icy glare "don't talk about Nezuko Kamado or her brother badly, ever"
"I just said she's mute Giyu"
"Whatever, just go with your stupid brother" Giyu glared at a boy in the drivers seat of a car that just pulled over
Sanemi tsked and got in his brothers car, "that fucking dude saying shit about me?!"
"Just drive the fucking car Genya!" The older brother yelled
Giyu put his hand out for a taxi and when he got in, told the driver to go to the Kamado siblings address
When he got there he unlocked the door with his key and made his way into their house
"Nezuko! I let myself in! Are you doing homework?"
Nezuko came out of her room, "I just finished it" she signed, and walked over to Giyu to kiss him on the cheek
"Sorry about the late night meeting, something happened but don't worry about it"
"That's fine, I'll already had leftovers from last night but there's still more if you want"
Nezuko got a ding on her phone, looked at it and smiled
"OoOoh who was that that?" Giyu jokingly asked
"Zenitsu, he wants me to teach him to sign"
"You can go and do that, I'll be in the living room"
Nezuko smiled and skipped to her room and closed the door which Giyu could hear Zenitsu from, saying "NEZUKO CHAAAAN YOU CALLED!♡"
Giyu sat in the living room like he said he would and pulled out his phone to text Tanjiro again
Tanjiro💚🖤 -did you remember to bring your hairbrush? -if anything happens and you want to come home I'll come get you -are you ok?
