After hours of telling the everything to Technoblade, Tommy managed to convinced Technoblade to go on Dream SMP and help them. At first, Technoblade wasn't sure if he wanted to go on Dream SMP because he feel awkward meeting the ruler of Dream SMP. Dream, the masked ruler no one ever saw his face except the duo, Sapnap and George. The three of them are like the generals in Dream SMP, the feared trio. Technoblade might won the duel with Dream before but he still don't want to see the man's face - mask - again, his ego might be high but he feel his stomach twisted whenever he sees the green hoodie. Every tournament, Technoblade will try his best to avoid Dream. After hearing Tommy explaining everything to him with details, and god he can't ignore the fact that the younger is trying to hold back the tears whenever he talked about their nation, Wilbur and his best friend Tubbo.
"A-And I just want to make everything right-"
Technoblade stopped Tommy by wiping away the tears that fall with his sleeves. "Tommy, look. I will help you, I know you're hurting and you tried your best to make it right but you need a back up. You may be a boy but that doesn't mean you have to be strong everytime, It's okay to cry for once. Philza told me before that if a man cried, it wasn't because they're weak. It is because they are strong enough, see? Crying doesn't make you weak." Technoblade smile softly at the child. Tears welled from deep inside and coursed down the blonde's cheeks. His lips trembled as he cried in front of the blood god himself, he doesn't care anymore. The wise man had done this to him, crying does not mean you're weak and Tommy didn't hesitate to cry after hearing that.
Tommy buried his face on the pink hair man, he let out gut-wrenching sobs that tore through his chest. Technoblade can only rub the younger's back, trying to calm Tommy down. He wasn't used to doing things like this but he know how much Tommy need someone to hold him dearly. "Did someone said rebellion ?" Technoblade trying to light up the mood because the tension in the air make him uncomfortable. Tommy sniffed and chuckled, "Thank you Techno," Tommy backed away slowly from the man's arms.
His huge sincere smile on his face, "I know I can rely on you!" Technoblade's heart stopped, he completely ignore the fact that this kid just cried on his chest. Technoblade huffed and ruffled Tommy's hair softly, the younger laughed and the smile on Technoblade's face didn't hide the fact that this kid just made him feel happier at the moment.
Tommy might be annoying, but without the younger there will be no fun. Philza, Wilbur and Tommy are the only one can keep Technoblade's life become colourful because they understand and trust him with no questions. He will always be ready to help them when they needed, as much as they were always there when he needed him. The Potato War , without their words of courage he might not have won the war with Squid kid.
