Jane's P.O.V
"Listen, i'm sorry. It was a mistake, i'll try to look where i'm going next time. Now please, let go, let me reach home safely," i was crying. We were still in the street, everyone was staring.
I couldn't help but cry. I wasn't in a good mood. I have passed out, thrown out of the pack house, and now a kidnapper? Lord have mercy, what have i done wrong?
The guy's expression changed. Softened, and then he started talking, "listen, i'm sorry i freaked you out, its just that...i'm human and no one here is the same species like me. Us."
I was shocked. Curiosity replaced my fear. How did he know i'm human?
I said the last question out loud.
"Basically, by what you're wearing," he smiled, "oh! I almost forgot! I'm Max!"
"Hello there, i'm Jane,"
And that's how our friendship started.
-----
He then invited me for an afternoon coffee to make up for freaking me out.
I forgot my sorrows when i was with him, Max is hilarious. Max has black hair and blue eyes and his character is lovable.
We went for a walk, talking and laughing until we reached the coffee shop. We sat, stalking people joking, laughing, and just having fun.

Stuart's P.O.V
After leaving the pack house, i went walking for half-an-hour, then went to Jane's house, my mind was lingering around her.
To my surprise, Jane wasn't home. I rang the bell, knocked the door, peeped through the window, even. No sign of Jane. I started worrying, maybe I should give her some time alone.
So i went for a walk trying to clear my brain.
I stopped in my track. My jaw literally dropped.
There she was.
Jane. Laughing.
She left our pack house crying, and now? I see her with u don't know who, laughing. I was worrying sick about her, was all this anxiety worth it? I choked up, she obviously noticed. Was she really my mate?
'Cause i doubt it.
