Stuart's P.O.V
After Jane left, I couldn't help but feel guilty. I've seen my mom being rude, she always told me to be rude to people who deserve it, but Jane? She's an angel. Why be rude to her? I was so angry with my mother.
"Mom, what was that you did?" I gave her the Alpha's tone, low to show her that i'm angry.
"What? You meant it when you said you mated a human? Or is this some kind of a joke?" She folded her arms.
"No, its not a joke. You were so rude to her! I love her! Didn't you wanna see me happy? I'm happy with her, no she-wolf is like her. She's nice, sweet. She's pure. An angel, literally, and you broke my mate's heart. She'll be the Luna, and you know what happens if you disrespect the Luna," i said.
"You should stop acting like a child, at least for once, Stuart! Can't you choose properly? She can't handle a pack, she's a human for heaven's sake, and human's are weak!" Patience was gone from my mother's voice, " not to mention humans are disgusting. Please Stuart, Wake up!"
"Mom, enough! No! She's not disgusting!" I said and left without saying another word, or allowing her to.

Jane's P.O.V
I came to this town having one aim, studying in university, and look how I ended up. Being an Alpha's mate and unwanted by his mother, she's not the only one I bet. This town is full of werewolves with one alpha, Stuart, and his mother is his temporary assistant, so if she hates me, the whole town hates me.
I was walking to my home but before reaching my destination, I got crushed into someone.
"Whoa, easy there daydreamer," I looked up to see a guy. Blue eyes, brown hair, muscled.
"Sorry," I muttered and tried to walk away, but he got hold of my hand and my heart started pounding.
Who was he?
What did he want?
