I help Caroline set up some things for her twins. "So how did you do it?" She ask me and I look confused "do what?" "Rise twins" "I had helped but it is a challenge and it still is" I answer and she nods. I feel a sharp pain and fall on the floor "cara!" She yells and get down next to me. "It hurts" I cry as I feel more pain. Something is wrong.
Caroline gets up and get her phone and call for help.
Next thing I know Stefan and Damon come in and help me up. I start feeling like I can't breathe. I panic as I'm more worried about my baby than myself.
They speed me to the hospital and I pass out.
When I wake back up I look around and see I'm laying in a hospital bed in a hospital gown.
I look over and see Alaric. "What's going on?" I ask him and he grab my hand "I'm sorry" he said and I see tears in his eyes "sorry about what?" I ask "You were pregnant with twins but one of them died and they want to do an emergency C section today" he explained and I shake my head "what no I-I this is not right" I say and feel a couple of tears. "I know and it sucks but they have to so they can get the baby out and the other baby still before it's to late" I cry as I listen and just shake my head 'Did I do something wrong?'
"Ok" I cry and he kiss my forehead.
The doctor comes in and they give me something.
Time skip
I wake up and see Alaric holding something and Caroline looking over his shoulder at it. "Oh look sleeping beauty woke up" Damon said looking at me and I ignore him. Alaric walk over to me and I see my baby. "It's a girl" he said and I smile at her. "The other one was a boy" he add and I nod slowly. "I'm sorry" I say and he looks confused but I don't say anything else and focus on my baby girl,
"Did you name her?" I ask "no I wanted to wait for you" he said and I nod.
"Joanna Freya Mikealson-Saltzman"
He smiles and nod.
Time skip
I had my brother go get the twins from jasper for me as I couldn't. I hear small footsteps and see my boys. "Hi mommy!" They yell and I shush them "sister?" Kol said pointing at Joanna and I nod. "I protect her" Kol said and I smile and kiss his cheek. "Me to"Nicholas said and I laugh at them. "What's name?" Nicholas ask "Joanna" I say "hi jo" Nicholas said and run his hand on her little head.
