2:30 in the afternoon nang pumasok ako sa board room para ayusin ang presentation ko I was very nervous at the same time ay na excited na rin kasi this my first presentation as the new CFO of the company. I fix my stuff para mamaya ay ready na. Anyway in a few minutes the meeting will start para well prepared ang lahat. Hay, maging maayos yung meeting at presatation ko mamaya.

3pm the board was  already complete and the investors from Singapore were also here. “Good afternoon everyone and mostly especially to our guest from Singapore”   bati ni Mr. Lance sa lahat. “Before we start I will introduce myself to our investors since I was not there yesterday because I was in a important meeting, and I’m sorry for that okay, I am Lance Wei Tantuco the acting president of the Tan and Tantuco Company”. Lahat kami ay pumalakpak pag tapos mag salita ni Sir Lance.

The presentation was getting started si Ma’am Ginny ang nag discuss ng about sa company. “And now for the financial report I will call on the board member and also the new Chief Financial Officer Miss Valerie C. Valerio” pag ka introduce sa akin ni Ma’am Ginny ay tumayo ako at pumalapak naman ang lahat ng board at ang mga inverstors some of the board congratulating me.

Lumapit ako sa may harapan kung saan naandun ang laptop ko. huminga ako ng malalim Valerie kaya mo yan. Go! Go! Go! Sigaw ng utak ko. lumapit ako sa aking laptop “ Hello Everyone Good Day! To our investors thank you for visiting our company I will discuss the Financial Report of the Company. "At binuksan ko ang presentation ko “Here is the Financial Report for the years 2015-2020 the data was given of Mrs Lenny Saadvedra CPA our Chief Accountant. For the past 5 years the Tan and Tantuco Company maintain its good standing in the industry of finance and accounting. As you can see in the annual financial staments the equity has been in the good standing and exceed in the ideal target for each year and the Liability has been  settled on time. So investing in our company is a good choice because Tan and Tanctuco Company is the leading Financial Company in the Philippines and we are proud to say that your share of stock was secured in our company and also we have expanded our Company in Canada and Korea we also have many investors within and outside the country.” And I end up my presentation with a smile. Nakita ko ang mga investors na mukhang kumbinsido sa aking presenation sina Ms Ginny and Sir Lance naman ay naka ngiti sa akin pati na rin ang iba pang member ng board. I was happy kasi nairaos ko na ang presnatation and it went well.

“Thank you for your presentation Ms Valerie Valerio I would like to hear the response from our investors.” Sabi naman ni Sir Lance. “We will surely invest in your company because it has a good standing and I know that our money would not go to waste in investing in your company” naka ngiting sabi ni Mr. Liam Chen ang isa sa investors namin tumango naman sina Mrs. Chen at Mr. Wang. Sunod na inabot ni Sir Lance at Ms Ginny ay ang Contract para mapirmahan na ito. Thank God it was a success my first presentation as CFO was successful. Sulit ang pag pasok ng maaga at pag bawi ng leave.
