Chapter 11: Oikawa, you dumbass

Iwaizumi's POV

A day ago, I was in class and now I'm running through the streets. A few hours ago, I felt my phone vibrating in my pocket. Obviously, I ignored it. Until, it vibrated again. I sigh and takes it out of my pocket, I asked if I could be excused and headed out of classroom.

I saw a couple notifications, from Suga, some were days old. But some were new.

Sighing, I looked over the messages from Suga.

2nd September

Sugawara: hey, I know you're busy, we need to talk

6th September

Sugawara: something is wrong with Oikawa, he burst into tears and I think it's to do with his dad and you, please text back, as soon as you can.

10th September

Sugawara: Oikawa, hasn't come home tonight and he isn't picking up, can you call him??

10th October

Sugawara: Oikawa, still isn't here still and hasn't come home, I'm starting to worry about him, he won't answer his phone

Iwaizumi!!!

My heart stopped. Oikawa, hasn't come back to the house?! What the hell is going on. I ran to the class and said, that something came up at home and I was excused.

I ran to the train station and bought a ticket, the train would be here in an hour.

I started to panic. After an hour, the train pulled in and I stumbled inside.

I tried phoning Oikawa, but he wouldn't answer. DAMNIT!!!

Another hour went by and I got home, I breathed heavily and ran around, screaming his name, which made people stare, but I don't care.

A few minutes later, I got a notification and it was from Oikawa, he sent a picture and, I knew instantly, where he was. But the caption, made my heart stop.

This is good bye Iwa-Chan, I love you so much .

I ran as fast as I could and ran to where me and Oikawa, went when we were kids and after I ran around, I found him.

Oikawa, was putting a rope in a tree and seemed to be crying, he was about to do something .

And when I saw him do, what I didn't want him to do. I ran as fast as I could and grabbed hold of him and said, "don't you dare idiot".

This cause Oikawa to look at me and throws himself at me, "Iwa-Chan??"

I nuzzle his neck, "Oikawa, you dumbass", he chuckles and sniffles. "Why you here?" He asked and I looked at him, "because of you, why you doing this?!"

He buries his face into my chest and cried, before telling me everything. I grabbed his face, "I'm staying here with you, for a while and you're coming home with me, Suga is worried sick and so am I!"

"Suga? He told you?" I nod my head and rests my forehead on his, "I didn't get the chance to tell you this, honestly, I wish I did and when I saw you, going to do....", I choked and he looks at me.

"I love you so fucking much, Shittykawa", I kiss him deeply and passionately, before he could say anything and he kissed me back.

I wanted to do this for years, but never got the chance, because I was stupid and a coward. But now, my lips pressed to his, I got my chance and I'm never letting this moment or this idiot go.
