A/N: This takes place the summer after season 4(kind of like the pilot for season 5(which does not exist, sadly)). The kids are 11, except Phineas and Isabella are 10, since they both have summer birthdays. Enjoy the last day of 5th grade for them!

(Morning)

(Phineas' POV)

I hear my alarm clock go off, and I see Ferb look over at me. "Last day of school. C'mon Ferb," I motion for my step-brother to hurry up and get ready. I quickly get dressed and run downstairs, excited that summer was in eight hours. "Don't run Phineas, you might trip over something," my mom scolded. I ignore her and get a bowl of cereal and some juice. "Someone's excited," my step-dad said chuckling. "Yes, yes I am. C'mon Ferb, we gotta get the gang," I say gulping down my breakfast.

"Phineas, you're going to choke," my sister said annoyed. Ferb just casually walks over to the table, not in any hurry. "You know Phineas, you're a bit too excited," my mom laughed. Ferb again casually eats breakfast, meanwhile I'm standing up putting up my bowl and cup. He finally finishes, and we both grab our bags and walk out the door, waving goodbye to our parents and sister. "C'mon Ferb, Isabella must be wondering where we are," I state. "Uh Phineas, it's literally only 7:25, we're five minutes early," Ferb informs me. "Well, I guess we can hang over here for five minutes," I suggest as we knock on her door.

(Isabella's POV)

I'm getting ready for school, and I hear a knock at the door. "I'll get it mom," I exclaim. I walk over to the door and see the two Flynn-Fletcher boys. "Hey Isabella, you excited? Last day of school!" Phineas exclaimed. "You do realize you're five minutes early Phineas?" I giggle. "I tried telling him," Ferb mumbled. "Well, can we come in?" Phineas asks as he smiles. I think I nearly fainted. "Earth to Isabella," Phineas said as he waved his arms in front of me, "did you hear me?" "Oh sorry, sure come in. I'm going to go up in my room and finish getting ready. There's muffins in the kitchen!" I yell as I go up to my room.

I get to my room, and I begin to brush my hair. "Last day of school equals 104 days of summer with nothing but Phineas," I say as I sigh. "Glad to spend time with you too during the summer," I hear Phineas chuckle as I turn around embarrassed. "I-Uh, what are you doing?" I exclaim in shock. "I figure I could come up and see what'cha doing?" he says my catchphrase and I nearly died in his cuteness.

I brush(no pun intended since I was brushing my hair) it away as I ask him "why didn't you knock? I could've been getting changed," I stated, trying to be serious. "I, well, I just wanted to see you, is that ok?" he asks innocently. I sigh, knowing that he did no harm. "C'mon, I'm all set, and right on time," I inform him as I look at my watch. "Alright, now it's my turn to slow you down," he laughs as we go downstairs.

(2 minutes earlier)

(Ferb's POV)

I noticed my step-brother run up to Isabella's room, and I tried to stop him, but once he has his mindset he can't be stopped. I know it was rude to intrude upon a girl's room, let alone the chance of them possibly changing. I sigh, knowing how oblivious my step-brother was. One day, I'll get them together, even if it kills me. I looked at my watch, noting it was 7:29, one minute till we were supposed to leave. I hear some commotion, and sure enough here they come laughing and pushing. "C'mon Ferb let's go. Buford and Baljeet are waiting on us," Phineas said grabbing my arm.

All three of us walk out the door, and into the humid air. "So, any plans today?" Isabella asked us. I shake my head, and Phineas just states "Not yet, but I'll have something by lunchtime." Typical Phineas, always thinking about what to build next. We eventually reach Baljeet's house, where he and Buford were sitting there bickering. "Hey guys," Phineas greets them. "Hey," Baljeet said, a bit sad I might note. "What's wrong Baljeet?" Isabella asked. "Oh nothing, it's just I'll miss school," he replied. "Oh great, you nerds are something else," Buford replies annoyed.
