~Chapter 88~ Death (finale)

Season 7 - Season Finale

Several years passed. And I was now an elder. I was laying on a rock in the den. I was feeling pretty tired and out of energy for a few weeks. If that's not the same thing. My time in life was coming to an end. Naju, Kesi, Asha, Adira, Bakari, and lots of others died a few months ago. Luna died from saving Cadance who was now a beautiful adult. Omari, who was now an adult and a pro Royal Mjuzi, walked into the den. She smiled weakly a bit. I lifted my head and said with a calm smile, "Hey, Omari," Omari still smiled weakly and said with a broken voice, "Hi, Your Majesty," "Can you please bring everyone in?" I asked. She looked sad but nodded and did as I said. Turns out they were all standing behind the den of South Rock. They walked in. They as in Cadance, her Lion Guard, and some friends. "Mom," Cadance said sadly as her voice was breaking. "My time is ending fast," was all I said with a weak smile. "No... no it's not. You'll be fine." Cadance said feeling my heartbeat. "Cadance. I can't have you believe something that obviously isn't true." I chuckled. "Mom, come on. Please. Stay. Just-" Cadance pleaded then I said, "Remember all the lessons I taught you. Remember everyone who was there for you and you'll be a great queen. Rule the way your grandmother, your grandfather, and I did. But rule your way, too. You have so much potential. And now that potential's time has come. To come out and have you become it. Rule over and protect everything and everyone." "Everything?" Cadance asked as if it was a little too much to handle. "Everything the light touches," I said to her. "You'll be there to guide me, right?" Cadance asked sounding a bit panicked but also calm. "Of course I will. I'll just be in the stars." I smiled. "Yeah, in the stars a million miles away," Cadance snapped. "It may feel like that. But I'm really as close as your heart is. I'm near, even if you don't see me. I'm with you, even if I'm far away. I'm in your heart, your thoughts, and your life." I said wisely. It was silent for a moment and then I finished by saying, "Always," as I took my last breaths, I thought of everyone in my life.

Crystal, Luna, Bakari, Asha, Naju, Kesi, Mom, Dad, Grandmother Athena, Adira, Malaika, Miele, River, Aurora, Misty, Flower, Cadance, Sage, Nibaal, Zuri, Keres, Tabia, Barika, Aisha, Auni, Tama, Kabira, Akara, Chiku, Chandu, Abedi, Alzena, Lowella, Abia, Diamanto, Adimu, Fida, Holly, Frosty, Santa Paws, Mrs. Paws, Aasira, Chethan, Cye, Damon, Queen Penda, King Cortez, Lucky, Ghadra, Adreana, Hestia, Kai, Sahir, Kalama, Jenna, Jaylo, Jayden, and a few more that I can't remember.

Also in my last finale breaths, I wasn't scared at all. I had a great life. And not a lot of animals can say that. I started thinking of when I was born. I got marked future queen of the Southlands. I grew up. I found out I was betrothed. I grew up more and became leader of the Lion Guard. I grew into a teenager and started doing more than just lead the Lion Guard. I grew into an adult and found out I was a magic flower. And it all came to this. Kabira walked over to me and nuzzled me. "I love you, sis," she said crying. She was now a beautiful young adult. "And I love you," I replied with a smile. I looked at everyone. "Bye, Aunt Kia," River, Aurora, Misty, and Flower all said. I smiled at them and then closed my eyes. And I took my last four breaths.

And everything went black. It was peaceful, calm, and harmonic. And then light came my way.

And here I am. Now in the sky. One of the Great Lions of the Past. Cadance and some others come to me whenever they need some guidance. And now I'm with everyone I grew up with. And I couldn't be happier. Thinking about how I grew throughout my lifetime. How I learned, cried, laughed, and played. Life might be the best thing that ever happens to you.

Remember, life may lead you where you least expect. But have faith, that you are right where you were meant to be.

O.M.G. I did it. I actually FINISHED the story! I can't believe I made it this far! I just want you all to know I've had a blast writing this story. So thx so much for asking me to use your OC. Malaika sure did brighten Naju's life. You guys are the best and I hope that all your dreams come true. Everyone in the story got their happily ever after. I can't believe I started this story in March! It's almost been a year. I've been planning this ending for the story since I started the story so knowing I actually made it here is well... kinda happy/sad for me. I remember when I first started the story. I was laying in my bed in my other house and I started writing. And now I'm here in my new mansion-like home laying in my bed talking to you guys. Love you all so, so, so much and last thing.....

I FINISHED THE STORY BEFORE DECEMBER!!!!!! I WIN THE BET!!! YESSSSS!! Alright, bye guys and I'll see you all in my NEW story next year!
