Sally's POV:

I have been woken up by this loud beeping near my ears. The most annoying sound in the world, my alarm clock. I pressed the snooze button and sat up. My, i'll be late, oh well.

"SALLY YOU'LL MISS THE BUS!!!" My mother shouted from downstairs.

"I'LL BE THERE IN A MINUTE!" I shouted back to her.

I'm not the kind of girls who are all goody too shoos - No offence.

I'm more of the kind who love to be by myself or hangout with friends.

I heard the bus beep and I grabbed my bag and sped downstairs.

"Love you mom! Bye!" I shouted out and ran out of the door and to the bus.

"Love you too!" My mom waved goodbye and I hopped into the bus.

I sat down beside my good friend Trisha. She was always there for me, strangel, she is somewhat, a spy.

"Hey goooby." She hugged me tightly and I laughed.

"Gooby please!" I replied and we both automatically started laughing fo r awhile.

"Well! Happy Birthday Sally!" She shouted!

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!"

"Happy birthday!"

"Happy Birthday"

Everyone on the bus shouted and I thanked them all.

"So whatcha gonna do today?" Trisha wiggled her eyebrows.

"aha, A party of course, at my place. 7pm"

"YAY! Sounds awesome, We need to tell everyone!" She threw her arms up in the air in excitement.

"Yeah, alright. We'll tell them when we get to school." I fake smiled.

"Sally. Don't put that fake smile on!" She screamed and I flinched a bit.

"I don't know how to smile..."

I've never knew how to smile, I grew up with a family, yes. But my mom back at home is not my real mom, she told me this story when I was little about how she adopted me.

She took good care of me but, the wierd thing is that I can't smile for real. My mom said maybe I came from parents who never smiled and I got their genes. Hopefully not, I hate my real parents, they are probably dead now. I hate them in every way, leaving their child is certainly not right.

Trisha and I got to school and almost everyone said happy birthday to me, I thanked them and moved a long to my locker. I've always had trouble opening my locker, it seems as if the lock just doesn't want to unlock. I did my combination right and finally it unlocked.

"Stupid..." I whispered to myself.

I grabbed my sketch books for art class and locked my locker shut. As I enter the class, it seems colder than usual, very wierd. I took my seat at the back of the class as usual and started drawing in my sketch book. Mother always say that i'm good at drawing and that it's a gift.

I mentally rolled my eyes at the thought and raised my arms up when the teacher called on my name for attendance.

"Woah! Sally that's a really cool car." This girl gasped.

"Thank you." I replied back and kept drawing.

"Also, Happy Birthday!" She shouted.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" The whole class shouted towards me and I jumped because of the sudden wave of Happy Birthdays being said.

"Thank you!" I replied back to all of them.

Class ended and I have P.E. next with Trisha, Yaaay!

Hmm... that's wierd, the school bell rang for home time. But it's only 11am... suddenly the announcements started...

"Attention, all students must go home immediately. No questions, no hesitating. All must go now."

This is very wierd, Trisha grabbed my arm from behind and pulled me out of the school and into the bus.

"What's happening?" I asked and I could feel her shivering.

"P-prince...of snow...DUUH!" She shouted and I lifted one eyebrow up.

"What? Isn't that just a myth?" I asked.

"NO! He comes around town once a year, so it's like, almost every year on your birthday." I just stared at her.

"He takes away any girl he wants to become his princess than soon to be queen. Apparentally he's looking for someone specific." I than nodded and stayed silent.

We got to my place and ran inside my house, I made sure the doors are all locked and windows shut fully. My mom isn't home...she must be at work. Sigh.

"Your party..." Trisha frowned and I sighed again.

"It's alright, it can be just you and I." She smiled and nodded.

It's 8pm and all Trisha and I have been doing is watching tv and stuffing our faces with junk food.

"Hey! Lets play Truth Or Dare." Trisha said and I nodded.

"I pick dare." I said.

"Hmm...I dare you to stand outside and let the Prince take you away."

"It's not real I bet." She finished.

"No way!" I shouted and we both laughed.

2 hours passed by and Trisha fell asleep as I can see. It was getting stuffy in here and I decided to just stand outside for air, as I walked out. I closed my door and stepped intothe snow, the snow touched my feet and I shivered.

I don't know how long i've been standing out here but the cold felt good. I heard crunching noises and I looked to my left and right and saw nothing, just as I was turning my head to face straight, a tall man wearing a black and white cape looked down at me. He was...he was gorgeous. He had blue eyes that matched his skin tone, he had brown messy hair that looked super hot on him.

"Why hello there." Was all he said and lifted me up in bridal style.

"w-wait! Where you taking me?! Please! Not on my birthday!" I shouted.

"Well, happy birthday to you. And i'm taking you with me..." He replied.

"You'll become my princess." He nuzzled my neck and I gasped.

He ran off with me in his arms and the cold breeze kept hitting my body, I shivered and wanted warmth. I felt warm all of a sudden and noticed we are in a mansion. A big mansion.

"Welcome home." The man said and I gasped.

"Home? No home is back at..." I looked around and started shivering in fear.

"Ahh, sorry. Not anymore." He chuckled and I felt a tear run down my cheek.

"Please don't cry."

He wiped my tear away with his thumb. My eyelids felt heavy and I don't know when I passed out but, I just did.
