Hey everyone... Sorry for not updating for almost a year. Here ya go. I don't like long beginning talking so...

Snake and Red arrived at the location of an orphanage where there was the word of a child with innocence. Red knocked at the door and it opened to see a woman of the commonwealth greet them. "Hello sirs, how may I help you today?"

Red held snape by the waist and said, "we are looking into adopting. I was forced into giving up my womanhood by my crocked father who forced me into changing into a boy. We hope to adopt a child in hopes we can start a family."

"Oh. I am so sorry about your situation. Please, come in." The woman led them inside as said, "I will give you a walk around the place and you can look around and see what child you would want most. Any gender in particular?"

"Male."

"Ah... Well, all the boys are in the dining room eating while the girls are playing outside."

"Please." Allen tried to sound feminine and desperate. Thankfully, his years of being in the circus helped with that. They were brought to the dining room and they saw a boy eating alone in the corner. Allen spiled remembering his days as an orphan in such a place.

"That little boy in the corner, what is his name?"

"Ethan James Vermillion. His father and mother died protecting him from something. We were never told what happened. Just told to respect his space when the officers dropped him off."

'He is the one. Vermilion... That last name sounds familiar. Why?'

"May we speak to him in private?"

"Of course. VERMILION! COME HERE A MOMENT."

The boy ran up to us and asked, "Yes, Madam Rose?"

"These two want a chance to get to know you. Bring them to your room for me."

"Yes madam."

They were lead to the smallest room at the end of the hall. They all found spots to sit except Allen who stood to speak.

"So... Do you want to adopt me? Why?"

"Yes, because of you being a user on innocence. Innocence is an object, a weapon that only a select few may be able to wield. The thing is, it is not safe for you to live here anymore, so we are adopting you that way, you will be safe until trained with your innocence. Do you have any questions before the adoption?"

"Yes. Who are you two?"

"My name is Cadmium Red, this is Snake. Anything else?"

"No. More like something to say. I have heard of innocence before. I had an older brother who was born with it according to my mom. She said his father killed him and threw him in the waste bin. I never got to meet him."

"Oh? That is, depressing to hear. I'm sorry that you didn't meet him. It is common for parasitic users to be killed or abandoned in their baby to childhood ages. I'm just sorry it happened to your family. Now, we should head out."

They all moved to the caretaker's office and Red played the part flawlessly in his feminine nature. He signed the papers, got all the hospital work and birth certificate and all the things having adopted a child brings and they moved to the carriage that brought them back to the order by midnight.

They went straight to Kamoui's office where they introduced Ethan snd got his innocence refined for him. In the meantime of his weapon being built, Red was asked to bring him to his room that was to the left of his so that he may be watched. Red did so, they said goodnight to each other and all three fell asleep on the king-size bed in Red's room. The kid was having nightmares so Red decided to let him stay with him in his room as he had extra room on the bed. Red did know why, but he felt very protective affection towards Ethan. He will have to go into 'that' town again and see the orphanage he grew up in. Get info about his parents.
