(back in the conference room after the 2 generals had left.)

"How do we deal with this?"

"Who knows. At least we know he is honest. It seems like the child has been through a lot. I asked Hevlaska what Allen's innocence means. When we met, she said his innocence is the death of time. I asked what she meant by that the other day. She said that it means that he is immortal. There is no chance to kill him by normal means. When I asked what type of means she said by normal human means. He can only be killed by dark matter. A weapon lost to man."

"What?"

"The thing is, Cardiman doesn't know he is immortal. That is what makes him human. He fears death just like others. He probably fears losing those he is attached to. He also fears causing death. In this way, it makes him human. Just like the rest of us. I asked how he was immortal, and she said it the same for why the Noah has long lives. One person, every 300 years with true purity will be born. They are the true children of God, not Noah. In their time alive, they are shown all the wrongdoings of the mortal and are given the chance to resolve the world back to balance and stability back to the land. They are messengers of purity. I don't understand it myself, but apparently, they aren't able to feel strife. They can feel sadness, they can feel happy, but never are they able to feel anger toward the creations and children of adam and eve. I am not sure what she was spouting but after that, she refused to give any more information. So it's all we have to go on."

"Child of God. Sounds like a fantasy or maybe a cryptic message."

There was a knock on the door. It was never. "I apologize for interrupting the meeting. Hevlaska said she had something urgent to speak to you all about."

They all stood from their chairs and the group of 14 moved to the elevator where they descended to talk to Hevlaska.

"Ah. So you are all here. I am glad. I have urgent news from Cardiman. His soul is to be waking soon. He will regain his memories if previous life soon. He will need to be given space so his soul transitions properly, otherwise his body may break."

"What do you mean break?"

"I cannot explain any further. The powers of creation disallow such things. All I can say more of this is that to bring the child to his rightful form, he must go rest where creation started. At the shine of Izumo-Taisha. Once he rests in its waters on the day of his birth, he will then take upon his true ascension."

"That's the thing though. No one knows when he was born."

"That is why I tell you now. Once he turns 16, he will ascend to his true form. He needs to be at the shrine at the point of his birth. He has a whole year to be there, in this way he will not miss his equinox."

"Umm... Did anyone understand what she just said?" One of the crows asked.

"It means that if he states his name at the shrine, they will be willing to have him stay there a full year under their tutelage and protection. I heard the shine is very ancient. And no Akuma has even been able to go near the steps for 100 miles from the shrine since the days of Noah. He would be protected there." Kamoui said.

"I suppose we have no choice in this matter Hevlaska. Am I correct in assuming this." Lavier said.

"Unless you want the world to go back to the dark ages, I would recommend you allow Cardiman's ascension."

They all agreed to allow Red to go to this shrine for the next year. But, he would have to bring one or more people he trusts with him for the company. Once Cross was told of what Hevlaska said, he sighed in sadness.

(Cross's POV)

"I won't ever get the chance to get close with him as a son will I?" Cross said in sadness.
