"Tucker can you get that I'm feeding Elena right now and can't really move." Miranda said sitting on the couch in her living room it has been a week since she left the hospital and since she was back at her house which Tucker wasn't too happy when he found out that I didn't sell my house when he asked me to do so, but thank god I didn't because I would have been out of luck right now. "Sure thing Mandy what am I here for to be your slave of course." Tucker said getting up and walking to the door to answer it. " well its the least you could do since your the one who put us in this very predicament sir". Miranda said cutting her eyes at him making him laugh as he opened the door. 

" Ooh hey Tucker right I was just looking for Miranda but if its a bad time I'll just come back" Ben said holding a bouquet of flowers and a bag of candies to give to Miranda.

" yeah it is thanks for stopping by I'll let her know you stopped by" Tucker said closing the door and walking back into the living room sitting in the recliner across from the sofa. " who was that at the door Tucker". Miranda said getting up and handing Elena to him. "Nobody Important Mandy" tucker said grabbing Elena avoiding eye contact with Miranda. 

"TUCKER JONES!" 

"Ugh ok Mandy it was old dude" 

"BEN! why didn't you tell me or let him in UGH!!! Tucker I thought we talked about this I have moved on and you need to do the same." Miranda said walking to the door hoping to catch Ben before he left. "Ben?" Miranda said walking outside looking around a little before turning and heading back in the house. 

"Miranda?"

"You already said that" Ben said giving Miranda wide smile making her blush and tuck some hair behind her ear. 

"Right um hi oh I just said it again I'm sorry I don't know why I'm so nervous right now I can barley talk right now, but Tucker told me you came to the door and knowing him he prolly gave you the wrong impression of why he was there and so all I could do is hope you didn't leave because I really like you maybe even love you and I didn't want you to think that I chose him again because I didn't he just been here to help out with Elena that's all  I prom......." Ben begins to smile wider and  an scoops Miranda into an soft passionate kiss cutting  off  her rambling.

"I know you don't have to explain your self  he couldn't say anything to keep me away from you Miranda Bailey Ben moves his right hand on her cheek while still holding her by the waist with his left hand you are an AMAZING, GORGEOUS, OUTSTANDING WOMEN!! and SURGEON!! who has captured my heart and I wouldn't have it any other way because I love you Miranda Bailey and even though we may have skipped some steps I would really love to finally take you on a official date and make you officially my women. So we can get back to our conversation from the hospital Ben said wiggling his eyebrows at Miranda pulling her closer to him. 

"So what do you say to me  taking you out on a romantic date Saturday night it being Wednesday night that would leave you with two whole days to get everything in order for beautiful baby Elena to be safe and taken care of for a few hours what do you say Gorgeous  will you  make me the luckiest man ever by letting me take you out" Ben said looking into her eyes and placing an soft kiss on her lips and forehead. 

Miranda's heart was on 100 being wrapped in his arms and the feeling of his lips on hers was driving her mad of course she wants to go out with him she wanted more of  this man he  made her heart pound and her skin jump every time he around.  she was ready to take the next steps with him but also terrified it had been so long since a man made her feel the way he did. 

Even with Tucker when she was engulfed with the love she possessed for him  he never got her body and heart to ache not like this, but even with her fear of getting hurt she knew that she had to finally give herself a fighting chance of something real.

Miranda took a deep breath and looked Ben in the eyes " I would love nothing more than for you take me out on date and for us to take the next step." Miranda said placing her arms around his neck with an huge smile. 

"Good because even though I love kissing you and holding you in my arms I just don't want us to have a physical attraction and connection I want to be the person you can lean on in your time of need I want to be the Man to show you how phenomenal you really are and cherish you because Miranda Bailey you are Gift any man would be lucky to have." Ben said kissing her some more " I really do love kissing you"

" Oh before I go I brought these for you." Ben said getting bouquet of flowers and a bag of candies."

"I know gorgeous but I wanted too I'll see you Saturday night Beautiful Ben said kissing her one last time Mmm" before getting in his car.

Ben smiled and shout out his window while he pulled out " YOU COULDN"T STOP ME EVEN IF YOU TRIED!!"  Making Miranda giggle and roll her eyes as she headed back in the house once she made it in she shut the door and locked placing her back against it trying to wrap her mind around what just happen "WHEWW!! that Man is something else." Miranda said placing her hand on her chest and biting her bottom lip trying to suppress her huge smile once Miranda got her self together she headed back to the living room grabbing her daughter and heading to bed excited for the end of the week.
