A Haunted House

 It was a dark, wet, and stormy night. A group of friends was out to go to a house for a week away from home. There is one thing the house they didn't know about. The house was haunted by an old lady who lived there with her husband. The wife died of cancer. Her last words were "Don't let anyone see it." The old man never knew what she meant by that but he grabbed everything that was hers and hid it away. No one ever found her things. The old man died of old age and now is living alongside his wife.

"So, Where's this house?" A girl says from the back seat. "Outside of town. We have 20 minutes left." A boy says. "We've been driving for 2 hours'' The girl sighs. "Sam, She is right for 2 hours?" The boy in the front says looking at Sam. "Jack and Rain, the drive is 2 hours and 20 minutes," Sam says as he drives. "I got to take a piss again." A boy next to Rain says look out the window. "The other should be behind us. They want to get there fast before dark. Can you hold it in by then?" Sam says looking in the mirror. "Yeah yeah just hurry up." The boy says with a little bit of attitude. "Eric, you pissed like 3 times. How many more times do you have to do?" Rain says jokingly.

"I'm sorry I have a small ass blader. I can't help it," Eric looks over at Rain. "Do you think there will be enough rooms for everyone?" Rain says getting her phone out of her back pocket. "I don't know. It said there were 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms," Sam looks back and forth from the mirror and the road. "But there are 6 of us," Rain says as she goes through her texts. "I know, You and Jack share a room. I, Eric, and Kam share one and Lizy Can get the living room." Sam says with a smirk. "You know Lizy will kick your ass if you put her in the living room," Rain gives a small giggle. "She can get over it," Sam says with a little bit of sassiness in his voice.

Rain's phone starts to ring. "He's Blue, Everything is grey. His hair his smoke his dreams." Eric Looks over at Rain. "You love that song," Eric smirks. "Shut up," Rain answers. "Hello?... Yeah, he said we have 20 minutes left like 12 minutes ago." Rain laughs as she listens. "Lizy You are too much," Sam's eyes look in the mirror. "Oh guess what." Rain looks up at Sam. "Sam is putting you on the couch," As Rain says that she puts the phone on speaker. "HE BETTER NOT HAVE! I'LL BEAT HIM BLACK AND BLUE BEFORE I SLEEP ON A COUCH!!" Lizy yells into the phone.

"Nope, Jack and Rain in one room and The three boys in the other room and you on the couch," Sam says laughing. Rain hangs up before she could get another word out. "God she's gonna beat you," Rain looks back at her phone then at Sam. The car stops. "We are here," Sam says, turning off the car. "Finally!" Rain unbuckles and opens the door fast and gets out of the car. "Wow, It looks so...so....old," Rain says in disappointment. "It was built in 1984. Of course, it's old. We just got to work on it to make it look nice. I bought it for a week or two." Sam walks to Rain. "You know how long that will take? More than two weeks" Rain looks at Sam folding her arm.

"Jack, Lizy, Eric, and Kam you guys can put the stuff in the house." Sam looks behind his shoulder looking at them. "Whatever" Lizy says going to the house. Jack, Eric, and Kam follow. As the door closes Sam looks at Rain. "You like Jack or Eric?" Rain looks down. "I like them both but Lizy likes them too. " Sam laughs "Haha Lizy Doesn't like them she likes Kam. " Sam says as he looks at Rain and stops laughing. "Oh, So who do you like?" Rain asks looking at Sam. Their eyes meet. "I-I" Sam chokes on his words. "The person I like is you. I know you like Eric and Jack. " Rain Blushes a little. "Well, This will be hard." Rain looks at Sam and the house. She goes to the house. "Damn it. Had to go and say it." Sam says to himself. He looks at the house and something gets his eye. He looks at the top window and sees something. It looks like a woman with a white dress and long brown hair. There was a scream in the house. Sam looks away and looks at the door then back at the window. The woman in the window was gone. Sam rushes into the house. "What's going on" Jack shouted. "THAT!" Lizy points at a dead animal on the floor in the corner. Eric throws up on the floor from the smell. "God damn." Rain looks away as she tries to not throw up. Sam goes to the animal and gets an old rage and with the animal up. He goes outside and throws it as far as he can. "They're not gonna hurt you." Sam looks at Lizy. Lizy was all over Kam. "LIZY!"
