3) Mishaan ki Pari has relationship problems

Never did Pari thought that she'd ever return to her home again. She never estimated the love, the immense attachment and so many memories to be stuck in the walls of her house.

To think a house made of cement and bricks can also hold emotions was both amazing and terrible.

Pari took that breath of relief when she entered her house, smiling as she scanned the room.

Nothing was changed.

Yet everything seemed different.

She thanked Ruhaan for carrying her bags and sat on the sofa, Mishti walked towards the kitchen to keep her grocery bag while Pari helped herself for a glass of water from the coffee table.

Last time she was here, Mishti and she shared a room and after Mishaan's wedding, they shifted to her room since it was huge and she had to move to the adjacent room where once Ruhaan stayed as a PG.

Although she agreed for the change because of course, Mishti and Ruhaan needed both a little space and privacy, she disliked giving up her room. She was brought up in that room and giving it up just made her night sleepless in the othe room.

Yet she didn't complain.

Even now she didn't mind any room, because now her tired mind would instantly rest whenever her body would hit the bed. Walls of NYC never carried any memories for her.

'Pari?' Ruhaan called out to her, and she looked at him, 'Okay?'

She scrunched her eyebrows, 'Sorry what?'

Ruhaan shook his head with a smile, 'Kaha kho gayi ho?'

Mishti who kept a stern eye on her sister, wondered too because Ruhaan had been talking to Pari since a minute now and the latter was nodding along all the time.

'Pari, you'll sleep in this room,' He pointed to their room, the room Pari and Mishti shared years back, 'You and Mishti, while I will go back to my original room. Okay?'

Pari shook her head, standing up to face Ruhaan, 'No. That's not necessary. I'll be alright in the other room. You two don't have to adjust anything while I'm here.'

Ruhaan looked at Mishti for an answer, and she shook her head, clearly annoyed by every bit of Pari's disagreement. Pari clearly didn't want to share a room with her and she couldn't help but just be hurt.

'Pari, already arrangements ho gaye hai. We've shifted the two beds and everything else.' Ruhaan pleaded with his hands folded and a smile, 'Please don't make me change beds again.'

Pari shared the small smile and nodded. If they had already made the arrangements then she shouldn't worry them more. But sharing a room with Mishti again meant being vulnerable to her sister again.

And vulnerability will cost Pari her sanity one day.

Pari pushed all her bags to her room, refusing any help from Ruhaan and entered her old room with a smile. Surely it didn't smell like what it did years back, but with the twin beds, all the old photographs on the wall and their posters made everything feel like it was just yesterday.

From the room she could hear a distant conversation between Ruhaan and Mishti and wondered what they were talking and whether it was about her. She sat on the bed, tired by the journey and without undressing her clothes into comfortable PJs she slept on the bed.

Whoever said that Home is where the heart lies was correct.

Because Pari's heart immediately found rest in her home.
