"Cole Maverick."
"Here!" I said as I raised up my hand towards my new homeroom teacher. She checked off my name as she continued to shout out other student's names.
I sighed deeply as I brushed back my hazel nut hair. A new semester which means new classes. Hopefully nothing changes. My freshman year started off amazing. I was able to make a lot of friends and was voted captain for the lacrosse team. My grades stayed above average, only A's and B's and I got a incredibly hot girlfriend.
I smiled to myself as I recalled all of the great memories I had first semester. High school isn't as bad as people say it is. Sure the teachers nag you but I just try to fight through it all.
I got handed my new schedule and excited voices surround the room.
"Hey Cole, do you have second period bio?"
I shook my head. "No man, I have bio 7th."
"Aw man! Now who am I supposed to copy!" Marcus said as he playfully punched my shoulder.
"Shut up." I said as I rolled my eyes at him. I quickly glanced over at Jeremy. He was nervously counting bills of cash.
"What's up with Jeremy?" I asked as I watched him lay out the money on his desk. He quickly pulled out his phone and his hands were shaking as he texted.
Marcus shook his head. "Don't get involved with him. He will only cause you trouble."
Marcus slowly moved closer to me.
"I heard that he is a sex addict."
I looked at him shocked. "Really? Does he use that money to buy prostitutes or something?"
"I bet or maybe he just pays to fuck the local whore."
I glanced at Marcus in confusion.
"Local whore?"
"You don't know who he is?"
"He?" I asked shocked.
"Yeah but he looks like a girl, I'm surprised you haven't noticed him before. I heard he's into some weird dark shit."
I crossed my arms over my chest and thoughts soon flooded my head. How could I have not heard of him before. He sounds kind of interesting. I felt curiosity take over me.
"Do you know his name?" I asked Marcus as I started to pack my things.
"Why do you want to know? He asked as he looked at me suspiciously.
"Just tell me." I eagerly said.
Marcus sighed. "His name is Allan."
The bell rang and everyone started to rush out. Marcus grabbed my shoulder. "Don't go messing with him, alright."
I quickly nodded my head and he glanced up at me one more time and then finally walked out.
I looked across the room and noticed that Jeremy was still in his seat, texting on his phone.
"Hey Jeremy! I yelled. "The bell rang, you don't want to be late!"
Jeremy jumped up in his seat nervously as he shoved his textbooks into his bag. He quickly picked up the crumpled dollars of bills and shoved them into his pockets.
He looked up at me angrily as he pushed me back.
"Stay out of my business!" He said as he walked out the door.
"What a asshole." I said to myself as I began to walk out but I stopped as I felt myself step onto something. I lifted my foot and saw what looked like Jeremy's crumpled up 20 dollar bill.
I sighed deeply as I bent down to pick it up. I should probably return this. The bastard better be grateful.
As I walked down the empty hallways I could hear soft moaning coming from the boy's locker room. What the hell is going on? I quietly moved closer to the entrance of the locker room and soon heard Jeremy's voice.
"Please this is all I have, I must've dropped the 20 somewhere, I'll pay you back I promise."
"Fine but your going to have to do it my way." I heard a boy say. My eyes widen in shock. That must be him. That must be Allan. I slowly pushed open the door and peeked inside.
My heart started to beat loudly in my chest as I saw them.
Jeremy was up against the lockers and there was a raven hair boy in front of him. He was licking Jeremy's neck as he rubbed his crotch.
Jeremy was covering his mouth to try and hide his moans.
I felt myself frozen in place. I soon felt my phone vibrating in my pocket. I quickly tried to pull it out but my hands couldn't stop shaking.
It fell from my palm and hit the floor loudly.
"Shit!" I said as I quickly bent down to pick it up.
Jeremy quickly noticed me and pushed away the raven hair boy.
"What are you doing here?" He asked nervously as he tried to zip up his pants.
"I umm..." My mouth felt dry. I couldn't let out the words I wanted to say.
I looked over at the boy and he glanced up at me. His eyes stared intensely at me. I could feel my heart beating a million times faster.
"Beautiful." I whispered as I stared at him speechless.
His eyes widen at me and he blushed brightly.
"Oh fuck." I said as I covered my mouth. I said it out loud.
Jeremy quickly picked up his backpack and shoved me away.
"Hey Jeremy hold on a sec!" I yelled as I was about to follow him out the door. I quickly glanced behind me and saw as the boy pulled out a pack of cigarettes.
He smirked at me as he put the cigarette in his mouth. I soon felt my face burn up a bright red and I quickly turned away to follow Jeremy.
"Hey Jeremy! You dropped your 20 dollars!" I yelled as I grabbed his arm.
He turned to face me angrily. "You better not tell anyone!" He said as he pointed his finger to my face.
"Don't worry I won't." I hesitated. "By any chance...was that boy Allan?"
"Yeah what about him?"
"Um...it's nothing. Here take your money." I handed his money and he snatched it from me.
"Don't even go near him! He's mine!" Jeremy threatened as he walked away angrily.
I stood there and watched as he disappeared down the hallway. The bell rang loudly and the hallways flooded with people.
I could feel my girlfriend tapping my shoulder and trying to get my attention but he was on my mind.
Allan was all I could think about.
He changed everything.
