Draco pov:
I grabbed y/n hand and we made our way to dumbledor's office to get some justice on the situation. My head was pounding with fury as i just wanted to kill them both myself but i know i couldn't.
"Dray...i'm scared what if he just lets them off easy?" she asks stopping me in my tracks.
"Honey it's dumbledor he would never do that when it comes to something this serious". We made our way to his office when i decided to let y/n talk to him in private and i stayed outside.
Y/n pov:
"Ah one of my favorite students! y/n! what can i owe this visit to today?" As my tears start to fall and i choke on my words trying to speak the situation that's occurred,He calmly tells me everything will be alright and i need to breathe. I was hyperventilating as i finally spit out.
"Blaise and cedric stopped me in the hallway last night because you know how you let me roam the halls when i can't sleep well they stopped me and used a locomotive spell on me and they..."
"They what dear?" The headmaster asked starting to form an upset face.
"Well they uh...Raped me... and they think it's funny..." i say holding my tears back.
"THEY WHAT??" Dumbledor screamed. "wait here." he sternly said as he raced out of his office.
"What happened??" Draco said as he walked in the office. "I think he's going to go find them". i say making him stay with me.
Not to long after he comes in with snape and umbridge while he throws the boys in two seats giving me death glares.
"Malfoy did you know about this??" Snape sternly says walking in the room last.
"No sir she just told me today. she was scared to come but i made her because we can't let this happen again." Draco says his knuckles turning white.
Narrator pov:
"HAVE YOU BOTH LOST YOUR BLOODY MINDS??" Umbridge screamed at the two boys. y/n was shocked the toad was taking her side for a change and gave her a warmly smile thanking her.
"I cannot believe the two students who i personally thought were some of the highest in the school could do something this this UNEXPLAINABLE!" Dumbledor shouted but at the same time trying to keep his cool.
"YOU'VE EMBARRASSED BOTH YOUR HOUSES YOUR SCHOOL YOUR FAMILIES AND PROBABLY THE WIZARDING WORLD TOO!! WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO SAY FOR YOURSELVES??" Professor snape yelled from across the office.
Nobody had ever really heard him yell so it was scary for all of them, even the two other adults in the room.
"Well y/n i would like to say you completely deserved it you whore." Blaise calmly said sitting back proud of himself.
Before anyone could've reacted Draco was leaping towards him hitting him continuously while screaming.
"NOBODY FUCKING TOUCHES MY GIRL HOW DARE YOU I SWEAR TO GOT ZABINI WHEN YOUR MOTHER FINDS OUT!"
The other students and teachers had reacted just as fast pulling them off each other and spacing them out to cause less trouble.
"Well y/n i think you should decide mr.zabini's punishment now for his comment and behavior." Professor umbridge said holding a hand on her shoulder.
"Welll...expulsion. and possibly ban from the wizarding world if it's possible" y/n said staring straight at him and nothing more.
"We'll see what we can work out. Now go pack for christmas we'll deal with these two." Professor snape said sending us out of the office to our dorms.
Snape pov:
These two menacingly disgusting examples of teenage boys. If only they knew how powerful she was then they'd be scared. But alas nobody can know. Not even her. I would be glad to tell her only if her mother would allow it as i am of course her father.
