The dream (draco x reader)

The next morning i woke up early so i could sneak in my dorm And out on my new outfit i wanted to wear my first day: a green crop top and black ripped jeans with a necklace i got from Draco on my birthday the year before and my moms ring under my robes.

As i walked out of my dorm i saw a very cheery Draco waiting for me on one of the common room couches. "Hey (y/n)...wow you look...wow" Draco said as he looked at me blushing but trying to hide it. "thank you Draco" i said giggling at the platinum blonde dork standing in front of me, "wanna go get breakfast? i'm starving" i asked as i went towards the door. "yea definitely im hungry too!" as he caught up to me so we could walk together.

We made our way inside the great hall and right away,i felt everyone's eyes on me. "wicked" Fred and George whispered to each other. "Bloody hell" ron said with a mouthful of food,"merlins beard" harry yelled "wow..." Cedric diggory gasped as i walked in. When Draco noticed all the boys staring at me he put an arm around my waist and we walked to the Slytherin table. "What was that about?" i asked as Draco and sat across from goyle,crabbe and pansy with Blaise not to far from us. "Haven't you heard?" Pansy gasped as she looked surprise. "No actually i haven't" i laughed as if she had been joking.

"(Y/n) everyone thinks your the chosen one..." Crabbe said as she shoved eggs in his mouth. "what?? no way" i said thinking he's gone crazy "i thought it was potter" i added. But before goyle could add on Professor Dumbledore stood up to the podium calling my name so i could be sorted into my house. He told me the night before i could stay in whatever house i wanted for the night because there was too many first years for me to be able to go. Hesitantly getting up i walk over to the professor with the sorting hat, the hat was quiet for a couple minutes then he yelled...

...SLYTHERIN!!!
...RAVEN CLAW!!!
...HUFFLEPUFF!!!

everyone gasped as he said all the house names and my heart dropped thinking how this could've happened."Well (y/n) which house do you choose?" Professor Dumbledore asked grinning as if he knew which house i already wanted. I hesitated for a moment because i have friends in each of the houses, in Hufflepuff i had Cedric diggory,in Ravenclaw i have luna lovegood and my sister,in Gryffindor i had Fred and George weaseley and in Slytherin, i had Draco crabbe and goyle. As i looked up at the professor i made my decision "i pick Slytherin sir." i spoke so i was quiet that only he could hear me."Very well then WELCOME (y/n)(l/n) IN SLYTHERIN!" he yelled as everyone in Slytherin jumped up and cheered for me clapping and waving me over.

As i walked over back to my seat next to Draco he hugged me and kissed my forehead. "y'know i would've been happy with whatever house you got,you didn't have to pick Slytherin for me dummy" he chuckled "i didn't pick it just for you Malfoy i have most friends here and my family is all Slytherins except for izzy obviously" i said as i jokingly punched him in the shoulder. "ow you hurt" Draco whined as he was rubbing his arm. "oh hush off you know you love me" i said to him and kissed his cheek as crabbe goyle and pansy looked at us with dropped jaws "hell yea i do" Draco laughed as he kissed me back.

"No way!!" pansy yelled as her smile was ear to ear. "what?" i asked why she was so smiley "you and malfoy are a thing??" crabbe asked as he grabbed another waffle. "oh uh well we hadn't thought about that yet" i say as i'm nervously laughing and looking at draco. "Yes we are we have been for a couple weeks now!" draco exclaimed in excitement "we have?" i said so only he could hear and he winked at me which i knew was a yes.

"When and how did he ask you (y/n)??" pansy asked almost on the edge of her seat. "well basically he set out a bunch of clues for me to solve which eventually led to me going to the astronomy tower. then as i was walking up the stairs i heard young and beautiful by lana del ray playing in the background and when i got to the top draco was standing there with the biggest smile in his face and a rose in his hand. and then he told me how much he's liked me since the day we met for the first time at my house and he asked me to be his girlfriend and obviously i said yes!" "AWWW OMG!" pansy squealed as she nudged goyle in the side giving him a hint as if she wanted him to do the same.
