"LAYYY" I heard my mom yell from her room. "YESSS" I yelled back. "You're going to miss your flight if you don't hurry babe" she said as she was coming into my room that was damn near empty because I packed almost everything except for my bed, dresser & TV of course. "I'm ready mom, I just don't want to say goodbye yet" I replied sadly. "Oh you'll be fine honey, you can always come visit mommy" she said while hugging me so tight. "I'll meet you at the car" she said while releasing from the hug that made me feel a little better. I kissed my pillows because I know they're going to miss me laying on them lol. As I was walking out the door, to the car, I saw my childhood best friend who lives next door & my first ever boyfriend who lives across the street playing basketball in the yard. I had to go say goodbye to them. So I put my bags in the trunk and ran over there quickly. We hugged, laughed, & shared memories until my mom started rushing me AGAIN! "Okay I really have to get going, I'll stay in touch" I said as I pinky promised them, we've done pinky promises since we all were younger. And we never break them because they are important to us. I hopped in the passenger seat & started heading towards the airport. On my way there I listened to music through my AirPods & took a nap. By time I woke up we were pretty much arrived. I travel a lot so my mom been stopped going through the airport process with me, she just drops me off. Before I got out of the car, I stared my mom in her pretty brown eyes that were watery, like always, and told her I love her and I'll visit every chance I get. She kissed my forehead and told me she love me too. After I shut the trunk from getting my bags out, I just stood in front of the airport entrance and took a deep breath. I can't wait to see what Florida has in store for me.
