At the airport, I went to Starbucks to get a strawberry refresher and I went inside of an souvenir store to get a bracelet. While walking to my airplane waiting area I ran into Dej Loaf, she was surrounded by hella security so I didn't bother to speak I just took a picture of her and sent it to my mom, best friend, and first love. Yes, we're all in a group chat. "Omg yall look who I ran into" I texted. "Wtf you didn't get a picture with her ?" My best friend replied. I texted back "No you clearly see all those security guards but I'm about to board my plane I'll text you when I land." As I got on the plane, and went to my seat I put my neck pillow on to prepare for another nap because this is a two hour flight. I got woken up by a flight attendant asking me did I want a snack & beverage as we were one hour in the air. "No thanks" I said because I wasn't hungry. For some reason I couldn't go back to sleep after that so I played a movie on the little screen on the back of the seat in front of me to kill time. Before I knew it, the captain came on the speaker informing all passengers to prepare for landing. My seat was by the window so I looked out to see what I would find. As people started to get off the plane I did the same. Soon as I got to the airport I looked for my luggage and my dad. I didn't see him though so I called. "Hello" he answered. "Dad I'm here, I'm at the airport, where are you ?" I asked. "I'm here Lay, just grabbing something to eat, meet me at the car I parked in garage C parking lot 36, your brother is in the car, he can't wait to see you." I just said "okay" and hung up. As I was getting out of the elevator to garage C I saw my dad's car & my brother in the driver seat. All I could think is WOW, it's been years since I've saw him, I didn't know he could drive. I knocked on the window and he opened the door as fast as he could and hugged me so tight. "Yooo I missed you son" he said very elated in his New York accent because that is where he was raised. "I missed you more Lonnieee, we have time to make up" I said back barely breathing because of his tight hug lol. As he helped me put my bags into the trunk my dad yelled "look at you too already being partners in crime." "Somebody's jealous" I said while running into his arms. "Hi dad, I missed you too" I declared sarcastically. "Well I don't miss you anymore, you're back princess, let's have some fun" He stated. On our way to the house we cracked jokes and listened to YoungBoy because that's Lonnie's favorite rapper. Now we're 10 minutes away from the house...
