Zane’s pov
I struggled in as I heard a familiar voice.
“Zane, you’re built differently. You have to search deep within yourself.” It said.
I looked around as I say a latch on my forearm. It opened as a chain cutter came out and started to cut the chain.
“That’s it! You’re remembering!”
I then heard talking heading my way. I put the tool away as the guard looked in.
“Hmm. I thought I heard something.” I heard one said before continuing what they were doing.
“It’s not safe. It’s better you break out when everyone’s the big fight tonight.”
“You mean we must break out.” I corrected while smiling.
“Yes. Of course.”Few minutes later
I started to cut the window bars as I was on the last one.
“Quickly, Zane. Before they come back.” P.I.X.A.L warned.
The bar finally falls off as I climbed through.
“I’m through. Now let’s get out of here.” I stated as looked around.
I saw nobody. Only robotic parts.
“P.I.X.A.L… you’re… you’re…”
“Scrapped. I know. I couldn’t tell you. Especially when you needed to get out. Sadly, this is where my journey ends.” She said as I held her scraped arm.
“But not for you. Zane, you must go on. Find your friends, stop Chen. I know you have it in you. And don’t worry about me.” She sadly continued.
I looked at her chip as an idea came into mind.
“You’re right. You’ll always be a part of me.” I smiled as I took out the chip and installed it inside of me.
“Zane, you took my Neurodrive and inputted it into you nerve system. You’re a genius!” She exclaimed.
“I’m not a genius! I’m brilliant! I’m sure we’ll find a way to escape.”
“Zane, behind you!”
I loved behind before everything went black.
Clouse’s pov
“Next time, tie up the Nindroid with ticker chains that he couldn’t get out.” I scolded as we chained him back up.
Jay versus ColeMy pov
The night
We all sat at the arena as the two got ready for the fight.
“Please, do your best.” I told Jay.
“Thanks, Anna.” He smiled as he continued warming up.
I then went up to Cole to wish him luck as well but he started to conversation first.
“I know what you’re going to say. You don’t have to do that.” He explained.
“Huh?” I tilted my head in confusion.
“You don’t have to wish me luck. It doesn’t matter who wins. As long as we can stop Chen, I’m up for it. Even if it means losing.” He smiled.
We fist bumped through the bars as the tournament.
“Good luck!” I exclaimed as he huffed silently.
We got up to the stands as I looked.
“You tried your best. The rest is up to them.” Garmadon said.
“I hope they can see that too.” I frowned as we payed attention to the tournament.
“Let the tournament continue! Jay, Master of Lightning, versus Cole, Master of-.” Chen got cut off when the two of the suddenly started to fight.
At the end of the fight
We saw what Cole did. He sacrificed himself so Jay could stay in the tournament. Chen then sighed furiously.
“Due to the crappiness of this match, everyone losses their rooms. You’ll share rooms until this entire tournament is over!” He roared as I growled.
We went back to the room they wanted us to share as we got our rest for the next tournament the next day.
