New Beginnings

Vactation Time

It's Friday and I'm ready to fly to Florida when I find out we're driving. "Ok everyone this is the set up: Cameron,James,Jake,Jason, Joey and Haiden in Jakes car, Jordan, Jack, Blake and Charlie in my car Nathan and Ellie will go together and your father will meet us there next week since he's on a business trip" Jane announced. We all got in our assigned cars and drove off. I was sitting next to Cameron who was very tense holding on the his handle. "You alright?" I whispered "fine why wouldn't I be" he answered shakily. Almost the whole car ride was silent until about 9 hours in. "How much longer" James whined "hey at least your not the one driving" Jake shot back "Well maybe the one driving could step on it" "No he's going fast enough" Cameron shouted even more tense than before. "Baby" James teased him. I spoke up "Just leave him alone, alright this car rides been long enough and shouting at each other isn't going to make it any quicker" Anger was pulsing through my veins. After that no one spoke a word.
*Time Skip 3 hours*
"We're here!" Jason shouted. Jane was already here. It was beautiful the house was made mostly from polished brown wood and must've been 3 stories. Next to it was a gigantic lake that was so clear you could see the mad on the bottom. It's now 6pm. About 10 minutes later Nathan and Ellie pulled up. We all walked inside it was even more beautiful polished granite floor and wooden walls. There was a huge bar counter in the dining room which branched off the kitchen. Then den was huge and very modern looking. "Alright Haiden since you've never been here this is how it works all the bedrooms are on the Second floor there are 5 which mean two or three to a bedroom depending on the size of the room everyone go call your room/bed" she announced we all ran upstairs Jake and James shared a room. Jordan, Jack and Charlie shared a room, Nathan and Ellie did,Jason and Joey shared a room and Cameron and Blake did. I had no idea were to go until "Hey need a room?" I looked up it was James, wow he was hot. "uh um ya" I stuttered. He grabbed my hand which made me my stomach do backflips and leaded me to their room. "After dinner we always go for a late night swim" James informed "Except Blake that weird kid he's afraid of everything car rides, swimming anywhere but a pool, and small spaces." Jake laughs "I get the last one" I added "Yeah it's just him and his brother changed so much since their parents died I mean isn't it time to get over it" Jake said a smirk on his face. "You don't get over a death especially when it's your parents but how would you know that you still have your parents" I screamed at him "You think you know everything and you don't" I finished and walked out slamming the door behind me. All of a sudden my cheeks were soaked I hadn't realized I was crying but I couldn't stop I fell to my knee. "Hey don't cry baby you'll ruin your pretty face" I looked up to meet Ellie's royal blue eyes. She was beautiful her auburn hair that fell perfectly below her ribcage and her dimples when she smiled. "What's wrong" she asked helping me up. "Its just homesickness" I said which wasn't a total lie. We went down stairs to eat dinner I sat next to Ellie at the counter. "Here you go girls" She have handed us plates full of delicious home made Mac and Cheese. Eventually the boys joined us in a peaceful silent dinner
