"We have to get rid of the centimonster and help mayura" ladybug stated

"You want to help?" I asked dumbfounded

"We are going to help him!?! My lady!"

"But what if this is one big scheme!!"

"I.... Well I trust him we have to give him a chance!"

"We dont even know who HE IS!!" Chat nior yelled

"We dont know each other either!" Ladybug shot back

"Well...umm fine dont try anything though!"

They had ran to the effiel tower where mayura stood with the dragon destroying buildings a while away.

The teens tries to defeat the dragon while I went to talk to Nathalie.

I landed on the same platform as her. She whipped around and she immediately went into a defence stance.

"Mayura listen to me...." I said my hands up trying to tell her I just wanted to talk. She tightened her grip on her fan.

"N..no leave me alone!"

She threw a chair at me, she was weak you could tell.

"Listen please I didnt mean to upset you I'm sorry I really am.... Please come back with me."

She had another chair in her hand but looled at my hand and to my face she looked like she would take my hand. When she pulled her hand back and shook her head and put her hands on her head like she was in pain.

"Mayura!? Are you ok!"

She stumbled back I went to help her then she moved away.

"N..NO GO AWAY!!"

She looked up and screamed and she had black veins under her eyes it frightened me. Emilie never had done that.

"Mayura you need help, come on please! I can't lose you!"

I approched her she was 10 feet away she lunged and threw her fan at me and yelled.

"YOU D..DONT CARE!! Y...YOU ONLY CARE ABOUT YOURSELF!!"

I still tried approaching her

"Come on can't you see, your dieing!"

"AND YOU DONT THINK I DONT KNOW THAT! MABYE IT WOULD BE BETTER IF I DID DIE!!" She screamed she stepped closer to the edge of the tower. More black was visible on her face.

"NATH- MAYURA!!!! DONT DO THAT!" I almost screamed her civilian name and lunged toward her thinking she would step off.

"YOU DONT CARE ABOUT ME, YOUR SON, ANYONE!!"

"I.... Please I'll change. But please I cant lose you!"

"Why because I keep your schedule or I try to get you to act like a father! How about keep you business together!! You don't want me you just cant not have an assistant! I'm nothing I your eyes!! I'm not important to you todo anyone!!"

"STOP!! you are more than my assistant, your my best freind I cant exist with out you! Come on dont do it..."

She was less than 5 feet away from me.

"Hawkmoth..."

"Mayura what are you doing?"
I said nervously.

"Please... Help me"
She turned towards me her eyes begging for me.

"Mayura give me your hand"

She slowly reached out and put her soft fingertips on my hand I grabbed her hand and pulled her into my chest. She shuddered and cried.

"Shh I have you...." I whispers softly into her hair and held her until the heros yelled.

"Hawkmoth we could really use you right now!!" Ladybug yelled

"My peafowl how do you get rid of it?"

"The amok is in a pair of earrings on the collar of the sentimonster...."

"Ok cant you get rid of it though?"

"I umm"

"HAWKMOTH!!" Chat nior yelled

"ONE SECOND!"

"I... I dont think i can"

"Please just try"

She stood up and went some 500 feet away from the monster out of fireing range.

I stood behind another 20 or so feet and she tried to pull the amok out of the earrings but couldent she screamed in pain and collapsed.

"MAYURA!!"
I ran over to her on the ground passed out.

"Mayura?! Come on please wake up!"

She had started coughing.

"Oh thank god, are you ok!? I..."

Her eyes where starting to blacken over.

"M...mayura...."

"Hawkmoth I can't do it I'm sorry I....I..."

"No no shhh its ok you sit out for this one ok?"

"Im not helping am I..." She said a tear rolling down her cheek.

"My dear mayura you are trying but the miraculous its degrading you little by little."

"Just stay here ok? I can't have you get hurt!"

"I'm sorry I caused all of this its my fault!! I need to fix it!!"

"NO YOU STAY HERE DAMINT! WHY WONT YOU EVER LISTEN TO ME!!" I took her by her shoulders and shook her a bit trying to get my point across.

"I'm sorry Gabriel" she murmurs his civilian name.

"It's all right its also my fault I got mad over nothing after today I'm done... We're done"

"I can and am giving up... I cant risk you again."

She looked behind us and pushed me out of the way. The monster had swooped down where we stood moments ago we stood back up and the two teens ran over and said.

"Will you two stop arguing we kinda have to get rid of this thing!" The girl said

Chatnior had glanced at mayura and glared at her. I looked at him and give him a glare back. He scoffed and rolled his eyes.
