Over the course of a month, you had gotten a job as the royal scientist's second assistant. You had absolutely no clue of who the other assistant was but you had gotten the idea that he was a skeleton about your age. On any normal day, you would be awake and ready to start work, as today was your first day. But today was not one of those days.
"Y/n wake up! You're gonna be late!" Chara yelled. You woke up with a jolt and immediately ran to your bathroom to get dressed. You put on [insert description of clothes here because it's pretty subjective], pulled on your white lab coat, and ran out the door to your room. Chara was waiting down the hall with a mug of coffee/tea/hot chocolate for you. You took it and kept running all the way to Hotland.
Waiting in the lab was a skeleton with two vertical cracks along his skull, plain black pants, a white button up shirt, and a lab coat. The second, decently short, was another skeleton. He was wearing black basketball shorts, a white shirt, a blue jacket, and a lab coat over his jacket. He also seemed to have a permanent grin on his skull.
"Oh, Y/n! There you are!" Gaster exclaimed.
"Let me introduce you to my son and your fellow lab assistant, Sans" He continued, gesturing towards the smaller skeleton. He waved at you, and just for a second you thought you could see a light blue blush dusting his cheek bones.
"Well, let's get started then." Gaster said, walking towards an elevator. You and Sans followed, and one short elevator ride later the three of you were in the true lab.
"aren't we working with determination today?" Sans asked. Gaster nodded as he led the way to the determination extractor.

That's all for today folks because it's almost midnight and I'm extremely tired but I'll probably be updating tomorrow or the day after that
