Chapter 18

"Good day to all of you! I am Graciella La Roche, Call me by my last name, You are all not worthy of calling me by my name, Unless you are someone with a higher status than me, fufufufu" A girl with brown hair said in front of the class.

Self Introductions are really the worst, people like these appear. I sighed when she caught a glimpse of me and pointed me by her fan.

"You!" Oh My God, she's freaking pointing at me!

She beamed at me with a suspicious glint in her eyes.

"You are Rachel Vallemont right?" She said, raising an eyebrow at me as I stiffly nod at her. She scanned me from head to toe and smiled.

"I'll exclude you from my rule, You can call me Graciella, pretty name right? No need for flattery I know it, be thankful that we're now best of friends!" She said giddily and sat beside me. I was frozen in my seat

This is the real opposite of the storyline!

Graciella La Roche, one of Rachel Vallemonts minion, well actually her main minion. She follows her all around and made Rosetta Plates suffer. Both of them together, everything around them will be like living hell.

I swear I don't want to do anything with this girl. If I want to avoid the path of doom, then I should also avoid her because she was my main companion in the game. But it looks like fate wants to pull another way for me and her to cross paths.

"So Rachel, I heard you are engaged to the crown prince, James Graceheart," She asked as she rested her chin on the back of her hand. Please stop staring at me with your lilac eyes.

I nodded my head again. I don't want to have anything to do with her, I avoided her gaze and looked outside. Perfect timing when I caught Sebastian near the windows.

I waved at him secretly which caught his attention and looked at me in confusion.

I mouthed him a 'Help me please' and pointed at the girl beside me who was still staring at me.

Sebastian looked at Graciella and nodded, he raised his hand, maybe trying to help me, I mean, what can he help by just raising his hand? He could have just stand up and got me away from this girl!

My eyes widen and my jaw dropped to the ground when he gave me a thumbs up. A freaking thumbs up! He also mouthed me 'Good luck!' smiled, then turn away.

'Sebastian, you worthless butler.' I mentally cried

"So? You are engaged with his highness, Am I correct?" Graciella once again asked me so I decided to nod my head once again and smiled at her POLITELY.

Her eyes glistened and she opened her mouth to ask again when the doors opened once again and behold our heroine walked with such grace.

Her head held high as her shoes clicked in the silent room.

She captured all of the students' attention as she walked in front and started introducing herself. 

She was barely on time, not late.

God this is so cliche, why does heroines always have a flashy entrance? And villainess don't have those? They always appear on uncalled situations!

I'm so jealous!

"It was a pleasure to be here with all of you, I am Rosetta Plattes, I'm looking forward to working with all of you," She said and bowed.

When we first met her in the entrance, she was pretty clumsy, She was not that composed and she will start rambling on 'deserving to die' that was her true personality. She's a fun person.

But this in front of us, is the other person that she was learning all her life. How a lady should act, how to carry yourself, and even the pitch of her voice.

She was already pretty herself, but the way she carried herself, it adds to her attractiveness. I wonder what reaction will Sebastian hold right now.

I took a peek at Sebastian, but surprisingly, he was not looking at her, but rather he was looking at my way. Dude! This was the part that made you go 'this girl is interesting, or, this girl is pretty' something like that, so why are you looking at me?

Or perhaps... Am I prettier than Rosetta? Is that why he's looking at me with those gentle eyes? Ahh, what to do? A butler and a daughter of a duke? This... isn't this a hard romance to tread? Am I really that precious for Sebastian?

A wind passed by me as my beautiful  hair danced.

And as if Sebastian had read my mind his gentle smile disappeared and was replaced by a stoic face.

Sebastian pointed to Rosetta and mouthed me a "You should try acting more like a lady, like her." I gave him a death glare in which he just shrugged at.

All of the boys in the class were all gaping at her, well who would not? She got the looks and the mannerism of a lady.

This was the time when I, Rachel Vallemont, stood up and humiliated her. But of course, I won't do that, that will never happen. I'm just digging up my own grave if I ever do that.

I'll just let her be.

Dang the embarrassment! If Sebastian really heard what I'm thinking I'd rather dig my own grave right here, right now!
 

"Hey, you!" Shit, Graciella! I forgot about her!

"Is it nice pretending to be noble when you're actually not?" She asked and stood up. The other started murmuring too.

Even though this academy doesn't abide by the rankings in our society, the aristocrats still wanted to rule it, and make the low class kneel to their feet.

Rosetta Plattes, who was born as a commoner is not welcomed. This academy provides the best academic and magic lessons. Commoners usually work hard to enter this academy and get a scholarship.

For aristocrats like us, we don't need a scholarship, we pay our own fees. This is because we wanted to go to the best school to study, and not a 1st class school.

Even if you fail in every subject, as long as you have money, you can still move to the next grade. Not like commoners who rely on their scholarship. Once it's gone, they won't be able to pay all of their fees and eventually drop out.

This is why, almost all of the students here are all born with background, and the commoners are suffering in the hands of the students here.

Knowing Rosetta, she will have many connections when the students will try to bully her because she has these boys. I just hope that everything will come my way. Rosetta Plattes only wants to finish her studies.

I'm not such a bad person to bully her and make her drop out so that I can avoid my doom, rather, that would make me a bad person to the bachelors of the game and execute me.

Aww, man.
