"Sebastian!" I shouted before I ran to him. The boy looked at me in shock and took a step backward when I tried to reach out to him. I thought I saw him flinch, but that quickly disappeared.

"You wouldn't guess who talked to me earlier!" I told him, as I recalled the events earlier.

"You see, I was walking down the hallway and guess who talked to me? Rosetta! She said-"

"Sebastian?" I called out to him when his focus wasn't on me. His eyes were drifting to other places. Whenever I spoke, he would close his eyes and say, "I just wish you wouldn't get into any trouble."

But this time was different. He seemed out of the mood as he gazed behind me. I turned to see what he was looking at, only to find nothing but crowds of students walking past each other.

"Sebastian! Listen!"

He flinched as he looked at me again.

"W-what is it?" His face turned pale as he looked at me. Is he sick? I tried to reach out for his forehead, but he took another step back.

"I wasn't trying to check your temperature. I was going to slap you," I said sarcastically as I looked at the crowd of students again.

"Sebastian, Rosetta wants to speak to all of us this afternoon," I told him.

"Why all of a sudden?" he asked in shock, I shrugged as I told him that I also 'don't know'.

I told him, "I'll be on my way now. You should too." I told him as I motioned him to the clock.

The class finally started, but Sebastian was nowhere to be seen. Rosetta also wasn't here. That was clearly very weird for her, considering she doesn't want to miss a class.

I met Leon for lunch, and surprisingly, he wasn't pestering me like usual. He didn't even glance at me and proceeded on his way.

I ate by myself at our usual place, inhaling the fresh air. "What a perfect day, no nobles, no bachelors, no heroines, just me."

The whole class, Sebastian wasn't there. I thought 'I shouldn't have left him there if he wanted to skip school this badly, even not showing up for me to bring lunch,' I thought as I shook my head.

I checked the clock. One more class to go, but it's getting boring. Rosetta wasn't here for me to talk to, Sebastian skipped classes.

"I should skip too!" I exclaimed as I tried to sneak out of the classroom. Once I was out, I skipped victoriously, swaying my hair intentionally.

The clock says it's 1:30, 1 more hour and the rest of the gang will be there at our usual place. I can wait!
