Remus when he hears reports about your death
The first Wizarding war has already resulted in many deaths, one of these deaths, was you.You had been a spy for Dumbledore, getting insider information from the Death eaters and even Voldemort himself.
Because of you, many lives had been saved, but despite this your boyfriend Remus didn't like you putting yourself into danger. I mean sure your work was dangerous but it had great rewards.
Your death was reported on the 22 of April 1980 when you were presumed dead after not coming to 4 of your arranged meetings with Dumbledore. It was thought that Voldemort had discovered that you were a spy and killed you off.
The night Remus found out he cried and cried and cried until he couldn't cry anymore. Sirius, James, and Lily all tried to comfort him but Remus had lost the love of his life and at that moment nothing could make him happy.
But, they were wrong, yes you were discovered as a spy by Voldemort, and yes he had tried to kill you but you had not died,you escaped from him with only a couple of injuries.
It took you many months to find your way back to the house you and Remus live in, you couldn't travel with magic in fear that Voldemort might be able to find you.
On the 15 of July, you finally found yourself standing in front of your house looking up into the one bright window while it began to pour down rain, Remus was home. You didn't know whether to just walk in or not, you had heard the rumors of your death and didn't want to startle him if someone who was supposed to be dead wasn't.
So you decided to knock, a couple of minutes later you knocked again and again until you heard someone come downstairs. Remus slowly opened the door.
He dropped the book he was holding and didn't blink nor say a word he just stared,
"Remus" You whispered
"Are are are you real or is this just a thing of my imagination?"Remus stuttered
"It's me, baby, I'm here" You replied
You grabbed his hand, and Remus put his other unoccupied had on your cheek.
"I thought I lost you" He began to cry.
"It's okay I'm here and I'm safe" You began to cry also.
Remus pulled you into a long and tight hug before giving you a passionate kiss.
"You need to tell dumbledore that your safe" Remus says while trying to wipe away his tears.
"I can do that later Remus I just want to spend time with you now," You say
He smiles and pulls you inside, you were finally back together.
